Very good service and also they have good collection of products

Worst service ever received, staff is very much arrogant and doest respect customer after sales. If you raise any service request they never attend n complete timely and doesnot respond customers calls, staff always lies, destroying woner businessDoes not care customers minimum satisfaction. I will never visit to this shop and i advice others also refrain going to this shop.

Worst experience in UAE. Humble request dont even go there if you want peace of mind. I ordered dressing table and I have been waiting since a week. Everytime I call either i have to call 8-10times for them to pick the call or they dont answer. Once they answer they just say that I will get it tomorrow. This has been ongoing since a week.

Worst experience. I was not expecting such service in UAE. They are not professional people. They don’t fulfil their commitments after receiving full payment and furniture is also not in good condition, locks and connectors are not working.

Disgusting behavior from this company , not a single one of their employees know how to show respect, I ordered a wardrobe last week and they said theyll deliver by Saturday, once I called them, THEY SHOWED SUCH DISGUSTING ARROGANCE AND ATTITUDE, adding to that , they delayed my order even further, Please refrain from buying from these clowns of a furniture store, respect your customers first.-Anuq

The worst shop ever in UAE. I had ordered dressing table from there and its been 1 week no update from them. Everytime we call either they will not recieve else they will receive and pass the phone to every other sale persons.Everytime they tell they dont have vehicle to deliver and they have taken delivery charges and promised us to deliver it after 2 days soon after we ordered the dressing table.Upon that whenever we call, they just give reasons and speak non sense and manners less. They will just tell the delivery vehicle here and there.I request everyone not to purchase anything from this shop, they will just promise you something and do not even bother to deliver the product once they get the cash.I repeat its the worst shop I have ever been to.Do not buy anything from this place you will just get disappointment and may be you will not get your order or cash back.

I had ordered for furniture more than a week ago and they have been continuously delaying service . It is a very poor service . We still havent received the furniture and are waiting for it to arrive . Will let know the conditions of product after its arrival .

This is one of the worst supplier I have dealt with,I recently ordered a new dining table-6 seater- when the dining table arrived the chairs leg had a hole and the dining table was rusted.The installation guys were in such a hurry that they very rudely said, we will take it back..till this time I hadnt spoken to their shop sales guy, after speaking to him..he said we will try to get a replacement for this table, will check with factory and get back.After following up with him after 2 days he said factory cant replace the table but will replace the chair and I had no option but to agree.He Confirmed the delivery time to me..prior to 2 hours of delivery he says we cant deliver on this day and our vehicle will only come after 1 day and I will charge you delivery charges..to which I outrightly refused and he argued with me saying that you are anyways accepting the old table so you haveto pay for the delivery.One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with and would advise anyone to not purchase anything from here!!!

They are not professional, I was commited to deliver the furniture in 7 working days. not received on 14th Day too. Worst service, let see how the product is. will update that too.

This shop has a very bad and poor service . I had to yell out my lungs to tell them to bring the service . I have already paid for it and product is not delivered yet . It’s already been more than a week since I’ve ordered . The product has not yet arrived but I will see the product and update about the same .
