Worst experience at Butina Branch sharjah. Pathetic customer service.. It should be minus 1 rating. They dont know how to deal with customers. They just need their money. Incomplete delivery & then irresponsible & rude behavior. After several followups for 3 to 4 days they keep giving lame excuses. Not calling back to update and even cutting the call while customer is talking. Not even apologetic abt their behavior and considering themselves as professional. Change the staff or atleast teach them sm mannerism.

Good quality but the staff behaviour very rude in there ajman office one person always tell extra price also charge extra money for delivery the same item availabel in sharjah branch with less price with delivey from shj to ajman and when you pointed in front of that person its available with this price in sharjah he replied ok pay you can pay the same price what a selling tactics
