I have to chabged it from excellent to very bad .They charged me full and given me one pillow short in my sofa set.I even told the truck driver and by next day i visited my self but they still not given me.

Worst product quality, poor customer service, Irresponsible staff. I bough 2*2 bed from this shop in May (Local Made - invoice #3499) with 5 years warranty.First of all no delivery on time, Secondly not provided the design even less than month of its landed with multiple issues. VERY POOR QUALITYWhen we try to approach them they are not responding , nor attending call if attend falls promises. when we visited the shop there is different person & treating us as we are guilty & the problem doesnt exit. finally they said in two days the person will come and resolve the issue within two days of time but unfortunately nor the person come nor anyone responded.The people works here are really unprofessional so far 20 time i have called them if by mistake they attend the call will say it will be resolved in 2 days but after 4 days nothing will happen.I Have pathetic experience with Amazon Furniture.

Horrible service, delayed delivery for so many days. And then kids bed upper portion moves alot, and not willing to fix ladder to stabilize the bed from moving. Poor poor service and company.

*Pathetic Service* * Poor After Sales* *False Promises*We purchased a Sofa Set with 3 Years warranty on 5th May2020 in Al Taawun, Sharjah.After delivery of sofa, we realized Sofa has some defect and its has some noice, which is increasing gradually.We complaint our issue Multiple times with them, but no response.After so many reminders and request... Finally Mr. Mubbashir (Amazon Staff) came on 1st July evening to check Sofa set, he torn all its cloth from the bottom and checked all the seats. He realised the problem and confirmed to bring required items next day to fix it.We followed up on 2nd July20 he didnt turned up. We followed on 4th July and Mr. Shibin told us that he is busy in safari mall today and cannot come, but will come next day on 5th July.Next day in afternoon when we called to check, Shibin told not to call us so frequently, we will get back to you, I was surprised.Still I was expecting their revert. Till 5.45 pm no revert from them.5.45 pm I called Shibin, and he literally misbehaved with us and told we will come back to you when we will get time.Later when my wife tried to reach out to the owner, then Shibin misbehaved with my wife as well and told you can go to police station. Now they all are disappeared.We will not leave them like that now, already filed a complaint of fraud against him in Sharjah Economic DepartmentYOU CAN BUY ANYTHING AT YOUR OWN RISK. THESE ARE SIMPLY CHEATERS AND FOOLING THEIR CUSTOMERS 😡

I brought sofa custom made, bed and cots, wardrobe , but they delivered me the readymade sizes with low quality, the person who convinces the customer ll be different, one who bills ll be different and so much differences in their promises. Its been 3 months already and complained thrice about the sofa problem none of them are bothered about the quality they are delivering , they are just busy making orders. I feel really sorry for other victims too.

Service is very poor, they don’t pick the call and delay in delivery. Avoid and look for another furniture shop.

I do not recommend to buy anything from here. Because here the sales people dont respect what they say during order.They dont know how to behave and talk with people and will not deliver as per bill ...There are many furniture shops in sharjah where u will get value for ur money and customer as well...

Please be safe, Dont buy anything from them.This is a house full of cheaters only.we bought a sofa set from them 2 months back, somehow got the delivery after 15days of due date but then just aftr 10 days the sofa started making some noise while seating and we asked them to fix it up, aftr continous calls for a month, they came to check and opened the whole sofa saying that they will come again tomorrow with their tools kit to fix and now its been 1 week, no one turned up and when we call this person Shibin, he starts abusing us. Please be safe and just dont buy from them at any cost. But we will not leave him, we made a complaint for him in sharjah economic department.

I got a custom made twin Study table cum bunk bed with lot storage space. Amazon has done a wonderful job & exactly as I wanted. Extremely happy with their work especially with the carpenter.

VERY BAD & POOR COORDINATIONI read here almost all reviews and I have noticed both good and bad comments.Talking about the* good reviews* (as I had seen); i really have doubt on those reviews; which means most of the good comments might be done by them (amazon owner / staff’s: - please note that “anybody can create an email and make a comment”).Now talking about the bad reviews; in my personal experience, those bad reviews/comments are definitely made by those who paid to buy an item from them.I don’t know yet that their products are good or enough quality (will see in future). But in this moment, I should say that after sale (after paid) their cooperation is really disappointing. They are not doing as they promised especially in few things such as DELIVERY TIME (you must follow them many times until you get delivery), INSTALLATION (they don’t have a good and qualified installation team) and REPLACE/RECTIFY AN ITEM DURING INSTALLATION (in case if any of the item is broken during their installation that you purchased, and you returned to them for repair, then they will show you their real color).So, what I am trying to say that, I won’t suggest you visit them to buy any home appliances(THIS IS BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE WHAT I FACED)

Worst Customer service.have been waiting for delivery since 24th Feb 2020. have been calling to get an update since 25th Feb 2020 and No one is bothered to call an update customer, even after committing to give call back. Vague reply for delay in delivery is paint not available in stock.was assured delivery will be on 02nd March 2020 & again not fulfilled.

This furniture shop taking money and not giving stuff or money back...we had a very bad experience with Amazon Furniture SharjahEspecially Sales person Mr. faisal, No value of words and Money.how these people running a company with type of sale mans. irresponsible and arrogant .No line of management no person responsible persons there. all childs play. even after sending mail of complaint NO RESPONSE. Very poor after sale behavior..... I bought a book shelf two week back , and their staff broke the glass while installing.... in spite of their false promises to get the glass fixed next day, their staff asked me to pay him some tip ( which I did , since I thought he might not come the next if I wouldn’t have paid). It’s been two weeks, I kept on following up , however their failed promises kept on .... today after two weeks I took the bookshelf door to them.... and asked them to get it fixed.... they rather getting me a new piece of glass , removed a glass from some of the shelf available and fixed it on mine... as I noticed the size was smaller, and questioned them, they ignored it, and when I asked if it would break bcoz of this reason ( smaller size) would they replace, their showed an ignorant attitude and even said that it would be my responsibility from then on......I won’t suggest about this shop to anyone since the promises which they tell u before sales are not truly fulfilled by them after sales... and they have a very poor after sales service....

Cheapest services, cheapest staff behavior. Worst people. When you go to buy something they are very good, but when you make payment after that their behavior is very very cheap. I would never recommend anyone to buy from them.Had worst experience with them. Complained in Economic department also about them.

Very poor quality and no replacement of products if damaged during delivery and installation. They take full amount in advance so you are left with no choice. Really disappointed with Amazon Furniture, Abu Shagara , Sharjah.

We had ordered TV cabinet sofa set and wardrobe from your shop on 1st jan 19 they told that it will be delivered on 6th but delayed to 10.Sofa set and wardrobe was very good.TV cabinet was selected from showroom but not delivered as specification(no shelf) in spite of continuous follow up for more than 1 month. We had repeatedly given them size also 31*34 for glass shelf.Srsly we are regretting for hopeless after sales service and henceforth we are not going to recommend anyone.Only lame excuses given such as worker not avaliable, delivery person will come around 11, I will send my men tomorrow, even sometimes calls are not responding etc.Invoice number 2354.

Failed to deliver on time. Too much excuses.. Promised to deliver on a specific time but, it didnt happened.3 days delayed on delivery. We keep on waiting until midnight and followed it up for 3 consecutive days but, no response..Take note our house is only opposite side of their shop..VERY BAD EXPERIENCE ON THIS FURNITURE SHOP..

Very bad coordination after booking, no body calling for delivery and I followed then giving different reasons and timing.Hope so I will get my furniture.

Collection is good but delivery is not good. They told the delivery will be before 0800 pm and the delivery guys came after 1000 pm.
