I had send 69.5 kgs of cargo in may and and they told me I will receive the cargo in 30 days and the cargo was delayed for more than 1 week after tracking so many times they told me cargo is with fedex n they will deliver us asap and the reason for delay they told me due to covid road restrictions this delay happens.Then the cargo was delivered to us not by fedex but by some local auto driver in chennai and approx 25 kgs of cargo was stolen below is the photo how we received the cargo, the auto man didnt even stop after dropping the cargo all the expensive items which I send for my nephews wedding was stolen.approx aed 2200 dhs goods was stolen this was just the things which we remember , plus courier chargespoor service

Please never approach this courier services, very unprofessional people, they have hidden charges, they will take excess of money. They would tell you a price on call, and later charge you extra. Very unprofessional behaviour, and when you tell them about the fact they dont accept.They will charge you for more than excess.They are hoax. Cheaters!I called them for Cargo to Mumbai, the price he gave me on call was something else and once they arrive at your place, they charge extra.Kindly never approach them for sending courier.Cheaters in terms of cargo services.Better go for others.. and save your time, money and frustration level.

Very very bad services, very unprofessional staff, very rude staff. They take loads of money for handling and packaging and deliver all damaged and ruined things.Very bad experience. Never go to them. Save your time, money. They are very frustrating. They never respond intime. I highly recommend and request anyone and everyone NEVER to use their services.They just take your items and never respond you once they recieve their payments. No steps taken by owner to improve. It was a very frustrating experience.NEVER TRUST THEM.

Very bad experience ,Rude behaviour from staff. Have send cargo to India two months before still items not delivered to home - while following up very rude behaviour from Staff . They keep on changing dates - no actual commitments from Staff (Sharjah Branch ). Very unhappy. They even dont have a proper tracking system. I have spend almost 50 AED for the followups. VERY UNHAPPY .

We are waiting to collect more than 60 days. Not updating the process on time. I called to thrissur branch manager name prajula, She is a arrogant person. Her behavior not good at all.... Very poor service.

Robbers please dont go with this cargo they are robbers.I send my cargo on 1 March and received my cargo on june end understand because Covid-19 i received late no issue.But my many expensive items were missing my leather sandals new,wireless speakers new box pack,clothes ,crockery items etc. All were robbed.When i received by cargo of three boxes one was taped from outside of the plastic wrapped which was not the same like other boxes.I asked they delivery boys they said we received in same position from godown and they were rude.Still today is 29 July 2020 Noinformation about my missing items which include clothes,2 jackets,my leather sandals new,wireless speakers new box pack,crockery items etc. All were robbed.Robbers still no response not even given money for my expensive items robbed.Date 10-09-2020
