Very co-operative staf, kind and lovely.Well prepared and organised centre, comfortable chairs and desks, clean and generous. Moreover, they take Covid precaution seriously; social distancing, masks, sanitisation and temp. measuring.My single complaint is the sound of listening test is not clear enough.Otherwise perfect.

The ambience of the centre has been splendid. The staff has been friendly and will recommend this place to other friends who would want to apply for IELTS for both general and academic!

Taking your IELTS at this center is a good choice, the staff will immediately address your presence and check you in for the test, although the place is a bit tight in space but it’s very organized inside, you will be required to leave your personal belongings in the lockers and then you register with your Passport or Emirates ID, a photo is then taken for you, moving on, you will be instructed to head to the exam room for the RLW test, the room is bit small but don’t worry you have your personal cubicle station to do your test, nice headphones with very clear sound, the following day for your speaking is not an issue at all, very relaxing environment, lovely and friendly examiner, I think she was from the UK, she was extremely helpful and friendly, I do thank all the staff and the examiner I could’t remember her name but she was the one done the test for me on 17th October at 2pm. The staff, facilities and services are excellent and Im really glad to have signed up with CASSOL for my IELTS exam and preparation. The prep-session with my tutor was really valuable and it helped me fare well in my exams.I highly recommend this centre not just for the exam experience but also if you need the right guidance and mentoring to help you prepare for your IELTS.

I recently had been to Cassol Creative Assessment Solutions for my IELTS test on Sep 8 & 9. Prior to the test, a friendly staff guided me through the process and offered to register me over whatsapp to save my time.The facility is secured with camera surveillance and an onsite male and female security personnel to handle each gender visiting. Before taking the test, their staff ensured the authenticity of the test taker before and after each test section. Hence, making it a genuine experience.Im glad that I chose this center for my certification. I highly recommend this place if you are located in Sharjah and you seriously want to save your time.
