I visited this clinic for the first time for my mother and Im very much satisfied with the treating Doctor Asra Begam for her wonderful approach in dealing with my mother. My mother is already 90% feeling better with the consoling words of the Doctor. A big thank you to the nursing staff as well.

The treatment at this aster clinic was really good. All the staffs, nurses, and doctors are very friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to the reception staffs including Ms. Ansu. Two days ago, my wife and I went to the Al-Nadha clinic to show my newborn baby to Dr. Mohan. There we did not have a doctors appointment and we planned a walking appointment. Unfortunately, by the time we arrived, the receptionist said that the appointments given during the walk were over. We were very embarrassed, and then Miss. Anshu came and inquired about the issue and made all the necessary arrangements to see the doctor. I take this opportunity to thank Miss. Ansu and the receptionist (name unknown), as well as everyone who has supported us.It was my first experience at Al Nahda Clinic (Sharjah) and I am very pleased with the support I received from them.

Very Bad service,27th July I came to visit Dr Kaveri Sharma, she has asked to do couple of blood test. I had to visit the clinic twice to know if the blood test isApproved . I called the insurance they told on 27th itself they have approved. No message or call from asterThis is not how u do your work??. Irresponsible people.Today the 31st of July I had to follow up with the insurance for the rest of approval . Am asking them to resent the request and they have not taken any action. Whom should I ask for help. Never coming back to this clinic ever.

Very bad service... Dr informed me, file is showing self paid, not insurance.. (it was on insurance though).. Then approval of test never come to me. I went there after waiting, then they called somewhere and ask for approval from so. E other branch may be. (already got approval from insurance company). Then I went for report pick up. It was not ready on time..

I went to this clinic with my daughter, only to meet General practitioner, as she got light fever. First of all for GEneral medicine doctor, they are not taking appointments via call. They told its walk-in. We reached the hospital by 7.45 and got token by 08.00 and met the doctor only after 10.00 pm.. so much waiting and they can easily solve this issue by giving appointments . Very bad service and I don’t suggest anyone to do walk-in to this clinic.

Very Bad service, I came to visit a Gen. Dr. , she has asked to do couple of blood test . After 5 days there is no report no feed back calls from the clinic side . Then i make a enquiry at that moment only they send me the report.Then what is the purpose of doing a blood test ? only to take money from the insurance.

I had a good treatment in aster clinic. I was so happy with the services. Hope I could not give any stars but since its not possible Aster is getting 0 star. This was my first visit to Aster in 10 year and its safe to say that I will never visit Aster again.I had to wait for 2 hrs just do my PCR test because I had to wait for insurance approval and later when I called my insurance provider I came to know that they did not receive any request from Clinic and best thing according to my insurance provider there was no need for approval. Later I realised that the delay was because your internal policies.Somehow I was able to finish my test and now when I received sms about my result you guyz managed to create confusion there as well.As per sms my result is negative but when downloaded the report itsay my result is pending.Im not able to understand how you guyz managed to keep your Clinic open all this year.This is really frustrating hope people read this review before visiting Aster Clinic.

I have done my Covid test in this clinic,.its so bad that I have waisted my 150, without uploading my results.in alhosn. When I asked for assistance, even the department where just promising but they didnt do anything. Dont go in this clinic, if youre heading abudhabi. As they are not capable.of helping you, to call mohap to update my result. Waisted of resources and effort. They cant do Thier work properly

Myself Avinash Unni , i went to Aster clinic Al Nadha - Sharjah for my physiotherapy session, must say it was a very good experience, appreciate Ms Maria ( Physiotherapist in charge ), before the session i was having unbearable pain on my hand & shoulders, which thank god with the help of Ms Maria was subsided to a significant extent, entire clinic system was good, appointments, insurance approvals everything was hassle free. I have been visiting Aster Clinic Al nahda Sharjah. The process was smooth especially with the help of the front desk officer name - King. He was nice and helpful, same with the nurse and doctors.

When i am looking for clinic near bay i checked Aster al Nahda i saw GP Dr. Asra Begam than i checked Google review i saw many good comment but i am sorry to say that she is experimental Dr. she prescribe the Lab test without proper knowledge because of insurance now every ware clinic and ever one is Dr. really disappointed i think those google commenter is her paid commenter.

I am regular visitor of Aster Al Nahda Sharjah branch for last five years, the doctors are extremely professional and skilled, specially GP Dr.Asra Begum. She is very kind, friendly and well mannered. She diagnoses the issue by just listening the complaint. She knows how to treat patient professionally with entire satisfaction of the patient.The worst thing in the clinic is Reception counter, The staff is extremely slow and untrained. They take too much time to open file.Another idiocy in this clinic is that there is no separate counter for billing, insurance and laboratory. You need to re-enter in the same queue again and again for further procedures because cash counter and post doctor treatment counters are unfunctional, due to this negligencey of the managementpatient has to waste at least two to three hours for a simple treatment.“Not recommended for elderly and busy people“

Last day my wife visited Aster Al Nahda Sharjah Branch at 3.15 pm to see Dr Kaveri.So at 3.15 she went but she got to consult GP is at 3:35, And after that she had to consult GYENOCOLOGY but the insurance got approved after 30 min.Dr kaveri is the best Dr. we must say.After that doctor referred for blood test. As the test was in fasting so they told her maam you can leave and you will get message from insurance whether its approved or not.But,next day she didnt receive message from insurance ,I called up Aster customer care and enquire about the approval and they said maam your insurance need more details from Dr. Why the test needs to be done. Aster clinic got this message within 20 min from insurance company but they didnt inform me about it and I had to wait till 2 pm next day. Regarding this much delay I checked with insurance and they informed me that clinic didnt send request on time.So the ignorance like this from the Aster staff is not acceptable as every situation may not be similar for every individual.Every time they are doing same things. before Aster system used to be good as they acted promptly. Very slow and disrespectful staff. AC inside clinic is at 15 degrees to make people leave. Dr. Madamn Mohan Rao Kenguva was 48 minutes late on the appointment, checked my childs throat from a 3 meters distance. Cashier was very astonished that Dr. didnt prescribe COVID test. Maybe cashier should prescribe medicines as he can bring more money.SHAME ON YOU.

First time I visited this clinic to consult. a GP. but unfortunately his attitude towards the patient is very bad.When we get in to his room ,he is not asking anything and not checking properly.Every one is paying money to consult a doctor.They need to check the patient and advise.i think his duty time is about to finish and thats why he is not interested to check the patient.

Waiting time is also a concern here. It doesnt matter u have an appointment or you are a walkin customer. Be prepared to waste minimum 90 mins to 120 mins here. Doctors are good but the staff at reception needs some guidance to speed up the things. Same queue for taking an appointment n to pay the bill after consultation. Suggest they keep some additional counters to do the bill payment. It will reduce the lead time for the patients.

Is there any option to give 0 star ? , only in the reception they they take more than 20 min whith each person, and for GP doctor, you will wait more than 2 hours if there is 5 people before you,Also there is no priority for kids, kid his age 18 months, he wait for his turn whith adult, I really had very bad 👎 experience. Very bad experience with aster. Insurance coordinator not working porperly they people only say we forward request to insurance company.They thought we are free. We should to wait at least 1 to 2 hr if we going aster.

I have given my referral paper from GP for my baby’s vaccination at 6:05PM, after following up i was told delay is from insurance provider.I called Next care to complain, i was told that request was received at 6:54PM after my call they immediately approved.Don’t rely on Aster team and spend your time in waiting, call insurance and get it done.Pathetic service

Worst service ever!Even for simple procedure, long queues are required.Staff is so slow and arrogant.Even lab wasnt functioning well, & only partial result was received the even after an entire day of waiting and suffering. Worst system and service.Last day I visited Aster Al Nahadha Branch at 9 o clock with my son. he had a breathing problem and I was the first customer.So at 9 I went but I got to consult GP is at 9:15, And after that I had to consult Pediatricians but the insurance got approved after 1 hour because clinic staff send request to insurance after 50 minutes and insurance was approved immediately.After that doctor wrote for blood test, x-ray and nebulisation. But because of not sending request insurance not approved. after 2 hour’s waiting I called aster customer care and complained then after they send request to Insuranse and got approval on same time. regarding this much delay I check with insurance they are told to me clinic not send request on time they are send request after one hours .And upon doctors special request nebuliastion was done without the approval of insurance. But approval was received again after 1 hour.Morning 9 I was there in hospital but all the procedures were completed by 1 pm which is not accepted at all as the situation of my child was bad. He had chest infection.So the ignorance like this from the medical team is not appropriate as every situation may not be similar always and that too in the case of small children’s.Every time they are doing same things. before Aster system is good they acted correctly.Unfortunately last few months we are getting response like this .

Perfect clinic covering all major insurance and availability of all medical specialist. Have good radiologist, ultrasounds experts. Though very crowded but the staff is good enough to handle the large crowd. Good doctors. Lots of free kachha parking available. Good for adults and children and also families

So shocked by their treatmentI came in with extreme tummy pain begging to see the gp WHO WAS STILL THERE. THEY REFUSED TO LET ME IN STATING THAT THE DR ALREADY REMOVED HER LABCOAT AND WAS LEAVING. WOW JUST WOW IM SO SHOCKED AND DISAPPOINTED. DRS ARE SUPPOSED.TO.CARE! NOT LEAVE A PATIENT HANGING!

I done the COVID test for my family (3members) and I recieved the report for only 2 of them, Im calling call center and only their answer is wait and finally come to know they send the report to a wrong email address. And I corrected the email address and no response from their side. Again and again calling the call centre, and their answer is we will inform the Aster clinic but report released till now. Disappointed with the service providers.

I have gone for my baby vaccination it took 4 hours .It wasn’t safe for kid especially due to covid, they didn’t bothered.Because of their software problem we suffered.If u really dont wanna waste tym I recommend go some other branch of aster or other clinic

Aster never learns from their mistakes. At least they don’t listen to their customers feedback, otherwise their basic issue to manage front desks would have sorted long back.It doesn’t matter someone have appointment or not, they still have to stand in the queue and wait for never ending slow process of filling information.Token machine is not working at this branch. Receptionists quite often missing from desk, only one person for appointment and registration isn’t enough to deal number of patients at this branch.Not comparable with other groups where customers feedback is given utmost importance.

Overall had a smooth & a way better experience compared to the King Faisal Road Branch (this may be due to non peak hour visit) and in particular a wonderful experience with Orthopedic Dr. Prashant Agarkar, he was very welcoming and gave adequate time to understand the issue. I highly recommend Dr. Prashant.Staff was quick to respond though the cashier seemed to be a bit untrained but that didnt cause much of a problem.

I was tested for COVID-19 yesterday and told that report will be released within 24 hours but it took 3 follow up calls to get report after 24 hours. Call centre guys are nice but not able to resolve issues as they are also relying on respective clinics.

First of all the quality of customer service is piss-poor at best, had to wait for 2 hours to see the doctor even when the patients at the clinic were only a handful.When i was finally able to see the doctor (Ms. Hina - Gynecologist), it was an extremely awful experience. Not only she did not explain, She was hesitant to even conduct a proper check-up It was our first baby she didnt provide any helpful information which will help us for the future months plus A lot of mistakes not possible to write everything here.In short, the doctors and staff at this clinic was disappointing and i do recommend to those who are reading this review to steer clear of this place!

Very professional and friendly staff. Commendable Healthcare service. Im very happy this Clinic. I had to wait a bit longer for the insurance approval for my blood tests, but that was understandably a normal process. The doctor was very efficient and pleasant and I never felt like I was in a hospital. Sometimes if you give enough time and understanding, you will get the best results out of everything. I was asked to give a honest review, if I was happy and I thought why not?

The staff were exceptional! Every single nurse I dealt with on at the clinic were so genuine and caring and gave me the most pleasant experience. Nothing was a problem, they all were happy to help and went above and beyond. Thank you all so much. I will definitely recommend this clinic to my friends and family.

Long queues for Covid-19 test, not recommended at all unless you are ready to wait for at least 1 hour.

I didnt feel the usual pressure of visiting a doctor. Everything was easy and friendly. Thats how you should feel in a hospital. I must thank the staff who were patient and supportive of me. I had to wait a little while for the approvals and paper works but I assume thats part of the process especially when you are under Insurance coverage.

I’m really confused how those doctors got there. Every time they have wrong diagnoses then wrong medicines. After I finish the does I never become well. Always I need to go somewhere else. Today my son he has cough the doctor said asma and he gave wrong medicine as usual. This is the last time for me with them. They just focus on the quantity not the quality. Many branches bad unqualified staff

My first time experience with Dr. Asra Begum GP. I’m very happy and very much impressed with the doctor who managed well also so quick, Well explaining about each and everything, so consoling.She is extremely professional and most importantly will listen to you very patiently.

VERY POOR SERVICE. RECEPTIONIST ASKED MY COLLEAGUE TO WAIT FOR THE INSURANCE APPROVAL FOR THE LABORATORY. WE WAITED FOR ALMOST 2HOURS AND WHEN WE FOLLOW-UP FROM THE INSURANCE THEY DID NOT SEND THE REQUEST. THEY ONLY SEND IT WHEN WE START ARGUING WITH THEM.

Awful experience! Dr Heena gave awful service, avoid at all cost!!! Went in excited as this is our first pregnancy but left feeling robbed and frustrated with the lack of information and care. No information, rushed out the door! Do not take your pregnant wife here! Definitely will not be back!

Plz never go to Dr heena, I really feel v bad that I wasted time and money. Never seen such an arrogant gynecologist. She doesnt hear have the patience to hear patients. Always known aster to have great doctors but v disappointed. The previous reviews about this clinic is v true.

If possible to appoint some well capable manager to control this clinic. I came many times with my friends, it is waste of time. In Aster hospital Quasis takes almost 1 hr for a normal day, her minimum 2 hr. No one willing to answer our concerns. Have very good experience in other clinics too.

Worst outpatient management, very little space for patients waiting causing extreme inconvenience to everyone... queue system at reception and billing counter is very very slow and very time consuming process... staff here are not bothered of delays and unresponsive and not helpful... overall very poor facility as a medical clinic... no supervisor manning the clinic if available not visible or reachable. I wanted to rate 0.5 star but this option is not available..

We had a blood test done at the clinic at around 8:00pm and around 10:30pm we got a call asking us to come to the clinic immediately.Dr Fibin Faz and Mr Sudheesh K P handled this situation very professionally. Before we even reached the clinic they had gone out of their way to speak to the insurance company in order for us to be referred to a hospital.Even though it was after hours, they stayed back, spoke to us about the situation and ensured we were rushed to the hospital. The next day we even got a call from the clinic asking us if everything was okDr Fibin Faz and Mr Sudheesh, thank you for everything. At such a difficult time it is a blessing to have doctor and staff who really care about their patients.
