If I could give 10 stars, I would! I came to Al Lulu Medical Centre for Dr Shehnaz Sarfraz Hussain (following her from Mega Medical Centre, Sharjah). I’ve been seeing Dr. Shehnaz for almost 30 years, since I was a little kid, and now she is not only my GP but my husband’s and children’s as well. She is one of those very rare doctors who put you at ease just by speaking to them. She listens to what you tell her, addresses all your concerns, is very thorough, and takes her time to explain the diagnosis and treatment until you are comfortable. She truly cares for her patients and will go out of her way for you. She always follows up with me, especially if it’s about the kids, to see if they’re doing better. She has seen me through every childhood sickness, cuts and bruises, vaccinations, adolescence, and pregnancies. She’s always kept me right, suggested the best treatment plan, and never prescribed an unnecessary test or drug. You can present to Dr. Shehnaz with any health concern and know that she will address it to the best of her ability or refer you to the right specialist. So if you’re looking for a very experienced and diligent General Practitioner, she’s the one!

I had my braces done in Saudia Arabia. When I moved to UAE, all I wanted to do was to find a professional orthodentist to continue with my treatment. I visited many orthodentists in Ajman and Sharjah, all of them quoted me ridiculous prices to continue with my treatment.I finally found Al Lulu Medical Centre, who were very helpful. I continued my braces treatment until the end.Dr. Aisha has done wonders as you can see from the pictures. I had fixed upper and lower metal braces at the age of 28, to correct a large overjet, to straighten my teeth and close spaces. Dr. Aisha was a true professional throughout the treatment, explaining the treatment and what was ahead at every appointment. She was able to answer every question I had. I couldnt be happier with my smile now which has given me such a confidence boost.The reception staff at Al Lulu Medical Centre are friendly and very efficient.Thank you so much Dr. Aisha!

Not so good service. Several hours of waiting time even though had appointment booked. Experienced twice that they have no consideration for patient’s time and not so polite approach. Never recommended. Not cost effective.

During eid holidays we came to UAE from Oman. One of our aim was to visit Al Lulu Medical Center for dental treatment. In the past, many of our friends were done dental treatment from this clinic and we were referred by them only due to the quality dental work. We found that this is a fine dental center, which is affordable (comparatively lower fee than many other dental centers in Oman and Sharjah). Though they were very busy, doctors cooperated us to complete root canal process in single sitting. Thank you very much for the team and we will refer our kin and kith to your center.

Dr Shehnaz is our family doctor for last 25 years. Any medical problem or confusion on some symptoms we just visit her and she has the right diagnosis for it. Seems like all the reviews are fake and the entire place looks very shady. I got an appointment for a tooth extraction and upon reaching there, instead of making me fill a patient health form, I was simply asked to write my full name and phone number after which I was asked to go see the dentist.The dentist looked totally confused from the beginning, to an extent that I began to doubt if she’s even a dentist or not. Then she told me that I needed an X-ray before getting my tooth extracted and they don’t have the X-ray machine here. So I said ok I’ll get an X-ray and come back. She said no you’ll have to takes some medicine for two days before getting your tooth extracted. I said that I’ve got two teeth extracted before and I never had to take any medicine for those. Then she goes, the dentist who will take your teeth out will either be available on Monday or Thursday (today is Saturday) which made my doubt turn into truth. I don’t know how can such places even operate, stay away!!!!

I met Dr. Aisha for my braces consultation, she was very polite indeed. Yet my experience on the whole was very negative. I had got my braces done in India-Mumbai, and was looking to continue my treatment(adjustments mainly) in Sharjah. Based on reviews I chose Lulu Medical center since it was a more convenient option for me.After providing my case history to Dr. Aisha, she said that my braces had to be redone all over again as the brackets were not aligned properly on my teeth(9 of them) and only 80% of my teeth would align ,which left me baffled and disappointed. I was certain that I had gone to a professional and well known Ortho in India, and Dr.Aishas feedback was certainly leaving me in doubts. She said that my braces would have to be redone(I had spent 50-60k rupees already). She advised getting them redone would cost me 6k AED. This left me in shock. She also advised that I take a second opinion from elsewhere for my mental satisfaction(I am not sure what kind of Doctor advises to do so?(it is usually the patient who decides to do this on their own) Arent you sure about your own capabilities?)I left the medical center extremely worried. I consulted another Ortho the next day from an extremely professional medical center in Dubai and after discussing my case history and taking a good look at my set, he decided to go ahead with the treatment without pointing any major issues at all.WOW!!!In addition , Dr.Aisha left me quoting Sorry for the bad news, braces actually cost 7000 AED, but I feel bad for you so I will make it 6000 AED(Unbelievable).On the whole, this place is a money making racket, a good Doctor comes up with solutions, rather than pity your situation!

I want to share a happy incident that my family had with dr zainul abid.my son in kg was suffering from sever toothache since last two weeks.we consulted a dentist and he told the infection has gone deep and suggested root canal and gave some medicines for pain.since the teeth is to be shed off we were not ready for doing root canal.but when ever we stop the medicines pain occurs.even he couldnt sleep at night due to sever pain.our family was in great dilemma what to do.One of my friend at kerala suggested homeopathy for such complaints.i was not sure what homeopathy can do with teeth.anyhow we searched in google for homeo doctors at sharjah and found dr zainul abid. he thoroughly checked my son and assured to reduce the pain.he too told that the infection is deep and the problem may reoccur if proper dental hygiene is not maintained.but after taking homeo medicines the pain gradually reduced.after 2 days he started taking food as usual and started playing which we lost for past 2 weeks.now he is completely ok and stopped all the medicines.Also we got our expenses back reimbursed from daman insurance.thanks to dr zain and the staffs. highly recommending this homeo doctor and clinic to others.

I went to Lulu Medical Center few months ago to correct Misplaced mid line and Spacing between the teeth. They did wonderful work. If you are looking for a better dental care, I advise this center. Better to avoid Thursdays and Saturdays, since it is very busy days for them.

This Dental Clinic in Sharjah has all specialties like GP Dentist, Orthodontist, periodontist, implant specialist and oral surgeon. Doctors are well experienced, so my family depend this medical center for the last several years. But they dont have association with major insurance like Daman. I am having Daman and my brother has NextCare health insurance cards, but this medical center is not accepting these cards. Even then, we go there just because of the treatment quality. Suggests that the clinic should associate with major health insurance firms. Those who pay cash, this is the best option, because dental treatment fee is less here comparing others

Almost 5 dentists had told me that my tooth needs to be extracted because it was a case of Rct failure which i somehow did not agree to.
