Sephora is and will continue to be one of my favourite makeup outlets but the staff at this particular branch really give the company a bad name, what a shame. Staff members were plain rude. Not worth it, visit any other branch.

I see others have also had terrible customer service. Something needs to be changed. The employees at this branch need to be retrained. This explains why the Mega Mall branch of Sephora is empty most of the time. Honestly, made me go to another makeup store to buy my needed products. You can not shop in that environment. # giving sephora a bad name.

I read a lot of reviews about this place having rude staff. I think its unfair to categorise them all as the 2 who helped me on 2 seperate days were very professional. There was the expected couple of snobby assistants but thats expected of most beauty places.

Love sephora but my experience wasnt as joyful in this branch due to the employees behavior. They didnt have any respect towards me and it made me feel not welcomed. that is NOT how sephora should be.
