I have nothing but good things to say about this clinic. The level of professionalism, friendliness, cleanliness, and care easily sets them apart from every other dental clinic. Everyone down to the receptionist make you feel at home from the moment you walk in. Ate Charmaine would always welcome me with her sweet smile and will accommodate me instantly. Dr. Ramzi is kind and he have a magical hand which would give you a perfect smile plus I loved listening to music played in his office 😊it was relaxing while having a deep cleaning. On the other hand, what I genuinely liked about Dr. Afifa is that she explained everything from A-Z and told me what I would expect post treatment. She listened attentively and answered all my questions. She was friendly, pleasant, and warm. I would recommend this clinic to anyone seeking dental treatment - their work, step by step explanations, keeping you engaged in the process, and professional manner is no doubt a winner. Ramzi Assi Dental Center is not only my favorite but my best dental center ever, they gradually transformed my smile even though my braces is just 8months now but there is alot of changes. I had this braces for 1 year already and it has progressed a lot like its really far different from my old teeth. I had the worst case ever (gap teeth up and down and i have a wrong bite also) they really fixed my teeth and helped me a lot to bring back my smile.Before I cant even smile and laugh confidently in public because it is so embarrassing. But now its really different its like a new version of myself and I am really happy.Thanks to my Doctor, Doctor Afifa who saved me from my situation. Firstly i am never ever comfortable with any dental doctors because i feel weird to meet them and they treat us like we are having weird problems and mostly of them judge us but its almost 4 months i am visiting this clinic and Dr afifa is really Reaallyy humble person i have ever met ❤️ Its really affordable and amazing services with full of precautions because of covid but still i enjoy going there every month and enjoying my adjustments. I really like dr afifa the most because shes one of the humble and caring person and doctor i have ever met i love to go there every month. I strongly recommended this clinic to all. Before i was not confident to smile because of my worst alligned teeth. Even i cant bite properly. When i first met dr afifa i was so confused. But she explained all the process what she is going to do and what will be the final result. As i tried the braces 2 times before from another dentist i got the ever worst result. So i was doubtful. But thanks to Dr Afifa she did it very well that i exclaimed when i notice the positive changes even within 3 months. Lot of thanks to Dr Afifa and her team to make a sunshine to our face with beautiful smile...

Very accomodating and Dentists and the staff are very friendly. They are very organize specially on their scheduled appointments. You literally smile before and after your visitation, for you will get good services.

I have taken the 100 dhs package of Teeth cleaning and Whitening. Booking was absolutely easy over whatsapp. And when there at the clinic, there was no one waiting. The procedure was carried out in less than 25 minutes quickly with no much conversations and as if he wanted to shoo me off as early as possible.Once home, i checked my tooth and sadly could find good amount of tartar still on my tooth. Especially the molar tooth at the rear looks untouched. Regret going there. I should have spent extra few Dhs and gone to a better place.“HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED”

The dentist is very quick and precise he saw my wife and daughter for braces consult, took impressions and extracted my broken tooth all within one hour! I would highly recommend this dentist to all my friend and family here in the UAE! He has gained four new patients from my family alone!

Firstly most important receptionist is unprofessional and impolite . Secondly they had told me not to be late or else it’ll be canceled . I’ve come here before time . And they’ve made me wait for 40 min . Reasons; doctors haven’t arrived yet . What type of clinic is closed at 10:30 am . My appointment was on 10 am .

Cant remember exactly the first day when I came to Dr. Ramzi Assi for my dental appointment, probably almost a year or more he put my braces and regularly came back every month for adjustment, he is very accommodating no matter how busy he is, I even recommend him to my siblings and friends, recently i had an issue on my visa in my company so I was not able to visit him for 3 consecutive months, now I am leaving UAE and he seems ignoring me every time i tried to book an appointment to remove my braces.. Now I learned that people (some) until they are getting benefits from you they are kind and accommodating.
