We had very good experience thanks to Dr.Shweta and her expertise in dealing with children. My 9- year-old son was afraid of dentists and was shivering when we visited New Bhatia clinic for the first time. For the second appointment, he told his elder brother Dont worry, it wont hurt, she is really good dentist. I was so happy hearing this from my son.I appreciate her patience in explaining to my 9-year-old son, the functionality of the dental treatment tools which she was going to use. This helped in managing his anxiety and stress.

It was an awesome experience for my son. He had a severe tooth infection and I was so worried but in the first visit my child was so happy because of the cozy environment and kind doctor. He finally got his tooth extracted with such an ease that he didnt even get to know that his tooth was extracted. My 5 years old son started complaining about his multiple teeth aches on 28th June 2020. As a father I started googling to find the best and affordable Pediatric Dentist around Dubai and Sharjah. I came across New Bhatia Clinic and went to read the reviews, once I read the reviews I called the clinic and got the appointment. I still had a doubt about how the treatment will take place. Post I reached the clinic at 5 PM a Nurse gave us a worm welcomed with sanitizer fallowing proper guide lines of the health authority. She started engaging my son very playfully and my son also started playing with her, then the dental procedure started. Dr Sweta Bhatia Pediatric Dentist attended him, she was very gentle and child friendly she made friendship with my son. As a child 1st time visit to the Dentist was little challenging but I appreciate Doctor’s and Nurse’s patience, they handled my son very well and they extracted 3 tooth that very day. They did not stress my child and took 1hr 30 mins for the process, I really appreciate their patience and care Dr. Bhatia and Nurse took. I took my son again on 4thJuly for other tooth extraction and again after 15 day on 18thJuly I took him for another tooth extraction. In these 3 visits 6 teeth was extracted with no pain and no complain from my son post extraction. I like the hygiene, care and more over patience of the friendly Dr. And Nurse. I am witting this not for an advertisement nor do I get paid for this, but as a sincere thanks to all the staff of New Bhatia Clinic for helping my child. I recommend New Bhatia Medical Centre to every parents “ if you are looking for good care of your child then they are the best”.

Very friendly staff. On my first visit Dr Huma made me feel comfortable about getting braces, she is an amazing orthodontist. Nice and clean place. I am glad by the grace of GOD that I chose the right place to get my teeth work done. GOD blessed the work of her hands as I am slowly and gradually seeing the good result. Just Fantastic ,My Son (10yrs old) and I were nervous for two different reasons. He for the fear of going to the dentist and I because of covid. Both our fear disappeared the moment we set our feet inside the clinic. The best thing is that they allot the appointment in such a way that no 2 patient are there at the clinic at the same time. Its like you have the whole clinic to yourself.We were greeted by the wonderful nurse who sanitised our hands and checked our temperature. The nurse was very friendly and was chatting with my son putting him at ease on realising that he was nervous.Once the doctor arrived she along with the nurse took their time talking to my son putting him at ease without rushing with the treatment. The doctor was kind enough to even answer questions and gave tips regarding my daughter who was not present at the time.The treatment ( 2 extraction and scaling ) was painless . How do I know if it was painless , when your son tells you that he wants all his future treatment done in this clinic , you realise as a parent that you have come to the right place.Thankyou Guys.

My son had a chronic fear of dentists and on two occasions I had to pull him out from a middle of a session as he got so scared. This was before I took him to New Bhatia Clinic. However, at New Bhatia Clinic from the get go I could see he was feeling comfortable and was not exactly scared. He got the root canal done and he was as relaxed as one can be. Friendly staff but the dentist didn’t do a good job on my 7 year old daughter..the filling was done on both teeth together instead of each tooth separately..and the filling didn’t last long and my daughter started complaining of pain as the dentist didn’t diagnose a root canal..
