Went to the clinic with horrible pain on thursday.. the dr told me that i needed an extraction of the teeth. she removed half of my tooth and said the pain will go,and told me to come back after 4 days to extract it since the other dr is not available till then. However, i wen to the emergency 2 times from the pain. no painkiller or anything worked for me. highly unprofessional and not recommended

The services are a little overpriced compared to the other clinics, but the staff members do the job PERFECTLY. Everyone in there is amazing and very well-mannered.Tools and medical equipment are all modern and in good quality.

I just had the most fantastic oxygeno facial by Helen. I can’t tell you how amazing my skin feels if you are feeling the signs of aging or tired skin I highly recommend this treatment it’s 5 star 💫 .

I went to Bissan to get braces after hearing a lot of great things from ALL my friends! So you could say my expectations were high. And they did not disappoint. Dr. Nael Abou Hassan is honestly the best, from his sweet funny nature to his dental work! He is always smiling and very positive throughout our appointments and my teeth have never looked better thanks to him!!! Definitely recommend him, Dr. Nael is the best orthodontist!

The clinic is crowded and women are waiting with men (not separated). The female staff on reception do not have a patient mood. Supposedly, the first thing that enters the patient is to receive him with a smile. I am standing still, waiting for unity among them. You see me, their eyes in the lab repent and play with their mobile phones. And music operators in Labat repentance. And to wear them as if they are students at the university and have side conversations. They speak informally. Something repellent. And when the doctor saw me, he didn’t do anything for me and took 500 dirhams. So I checked with them again.Please give reception staff you have courses in customer service.
