Very bad customer service....Not one time.... several time experience the same at sharjah city centre branch..I had purchased Samsung note 20 ultra on February this year...And they given me some items free... which is very poor quality items... when I return it back ... they refuse to service...Also I had taken full phone protector for my phone....That also they refuse to do and they are quarreling with me when I asked...Very bad customer service

I got trapped in their deal that said there is a life time replacement of screen protector at a nominal charge, and i ended up paying almost 3 times the charge for it. After about a year i have scratches all over my screen and when i went to the store on friday (My Work Off) to get it replaced, I was told that it is out of stock and I should come some other day during weekdays at a non peak our between 9 to 5. So they dont entertain you well if u dont give them good sale, Cuz it was friday when i initially purchased the screen gaurd. Anyhow, i went after a few day and i was sent back again saying it is still not available... i made another visit the next week and they said the same exact statement NOT AVAILABLE. Upon showing a bit of frustration the executive told me that the item is fast selling, which i dont believe to be true as i have a samsung galaxy A80 which is the rarest of all.. After insisting more a gentleman took my contact details and promised me to call the next day, its been 4 days and i havent heard from anyone yet.. THERE ARE ABOUT 100 COMPETITORS FOR ELECTRONICS BUT THE BRAND IS KNOWN FOR ITS AFTER SALE SERVICE AND AXIOM TRULY FAILED AT IT. CAN NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE..

Great shop for mobile phones and related electronics. Located in the center of sharjah city center, it has a great variety of mobile phones and lots of accessories for them. The staff is very helpful and polite. The prices are very competitive compared to the retailers and they sometimes have great offers on mobile phones too. Overall the service is great and the range of mobile phones and accessories is huge. Highly recommended for any mobile related purchases or any service issues. Timings are from 9 to 10 on Saturday to Wednesday and 10-12 on Thursdays and Fridays. Must visit of youre near or in sharjah city center.

Plse dont go to the shops representatives for axiom. Very bad experience especially shop in sharjah called Al faraneh mobile phone trading.We buy a phone and in 5 days it was not working well charger not working and battery less than 1 hr customer service it bad. He refuse to take the phone back in just 5 days.I would not even give 1 star.Plse go to some reputable places like sharaf DJ.

I have spend 100 AED and put a shutter proof for samsung S9 recently with Axion . But very soon it got damaged. When i went to replace the shutter proof they are saying there is no stock to change the screen protector. i do not know how long do i needs to wait for stock to come. ... already 10 days i am waiting for the stock. Pls axion pls take care of this.
