I would give this place -5 stars both for results and customer service but the lowest option I have is 1 star. Obviously, I don’t recommend them because 1- I don’t know what result I can anticipate / if my things will return as received and 2- very poor customer service and customer relations. My experience: had my curtains dry cleaned and they came back 20cm short! Yes, when they went to the dry cleaners they fit my windows; when they returned they did not! They were dry cleaned once before at another laundromat, no problems with size. Naturally, I was upset and requested that they replace my curtains. After much arguing and very poor customer service, they agreed to replace my curtains (from IKEA) which would need to be tailored to fit my windows — all was agreed to. Size was confirmed in advance via WhatsApp. Curtains were replaced but cut 7cm too long — on purpose I can only guess seeing as how the manager replaced them begrudgingly and took the time to remind me, the customer who has already been grossly inconvenienced by their error, multiple times about how he had to pay for the replacement out of his own salary. I’m sorry, so am I supposed to pay out of my own salary for your mistake?! In addition to being without curtains while all this is trying to get resolved??!! I suppose this was his passive aggressive way of getting back at me for having to replace the curtains?? On top of all that, I have not been able to speak to the owner because the manager controls the phone line and will not answer the phone. UNBELIEVABLE. No other words. Dear Owner, may I please have a word with you? You may obtain my number from your manager. Alternatively, all correspondence had been documented via WhatsApp, including before and after photos of the curtains. Thank you.
