Excellent Services provided by Shams Staff and particularly by Ms. Amber Wallace who was fully supportive and provided us with all the information we needed in very short period of time. The process was completely new for us , so she took the time and patient to explain us step by step the outcome of the visa process. Staff like Ms. Wallace would be the reason why I have recommended 2 others friends to open their company with Shams. Keep training the staff the way you do as this had a major impact on our decision to continue with Shams !

It is totally unfair to give new comers 50% discount on License and older companies only 10%... Everyone got affected by COVID 19, and many didnt make any profit. You should be more considerate and FAIR IN PRICING. Other free zones are giving better rates. This is not a nice way if you want to have a loyal customers.Additional comment:When I raised the issue to Shams, they listened carefully and tried their best to support. I appreciate their gesture and I renewed with them. Hopefully they keep up the good work.

I setup a branch office at SHAMS and the assistance of Mr. Mir Ali and Ms. Jessica Biram was phenomenal. It was a pleasure working with them to get everything done.They were always ready to help with any question or inquiry I had. I highly recommend using their office services and working with them in particular as it will make the whole process so much easier.

We took advantage of the Shams VIP service package to renew our visa and Emirates IDs for 3 employees. The whole procedure absolutely hassle free, with pickup for medical and drop off at the place of our stay, the whole process taking < 2 hours. Very bad service after Business set up. The only thing they do properly is the initial business setup. They have excessive fee and fines for every actions later. We had got a fine of 15k for delay in UBO submission (the license fee itself is around 20k). We have not even received a phone call prior to the deadline and just couple of Emails.We had couple of other instances as well earlier to change of partner - from my wife to myself - the fee is over 7k.We strongly recommend not to proceed with Shams by looking at initial expenses as you will end up spending more later in form of other expenses/fines.

I dont recomend shams, I have licence since 2018I have started licence through a consultant and if you talk to shams you will feel shams customer care is working for the consultants.Later i shifted to shams directly with a lot of dificulties but now i am facing lot of issues with shams, i have requested some application through email and i visited also i called 4 days they could not send me the application form. such a worst free zone

Technology is good however do not fall prey to it by removing the human element, human touch from the customer service. Enhancing services is good but robotic/monotonous service not gonna get you anywhere. I had a query related to the UBO however after sending several emails and after a long helpless wait, I called in myself to clarify what it is all about.Overall I am not happy how my query was handled but today I spoke to AMBER and she was very professional and very enthusiastic and handled by disappointment in a very nice manner. She not only kept on asking for me to be on hold but also provided the solution instantly. Extremely satisfied with the service offered during my Visa process. I had to switch from a visit visa to a spouse visa and chose SHAMS which was of great help throughout and ensured an extremely smooth process. Special mention to Mir Ali who patiently answered all my questions from day 1 (I had plenty of questions, to be honest). He guided us with all the documentation, sent over scanned copies when I was in urgent need and didnt have a scanning service at my disposal, and helped right until I got my Emirates ID in my hand. The other team members too have been extremely patient and helpful throughout the process. Also, very happy seeing their glove/sanitiser rule at the entrance as COVID precautions.

No service after sale, even you call or email them 1 million times, they never get back to you. Telephone no body answer, email nobody answer, Live chat on website agent will say somebody will get back to you, but you will never hear anything from them. Only they will call you when there is trade license renewal for payment.
