Well maintained offices in this business center. I visited there and met with staff for getting office space for my e-commerce business. They guided completely about license related matters and facilities they provide to offices. I think during this Corona time its good to move from big shop or office to Regus small office and start working without any headache. Many facilities are included in package like free internet, cleaning, security, electricity, coffee, tea for staff and guests, meeting room etc.I personally like to have a fixed amount of rent to pay at month end. I dont want to have many kind of different bills of different departments.For me starting office in Regus is piece of mind.

Rented an office at Regus Business Centre, Mega Mall branch for a year.Experience was decent, but not great. Complete access at anytime, even during weekends. Spacious (way better than their expo branch). Most employees at the business centre are friendly and nice.Only issues are in their processes which are funny and not consumer friendly to anyone renting there. Whoever is in charge of their marketing does not properly review, analyze, or put procedures in place for the customers. They have a good amount of empty offices, yet they force everyone to decide if they want to renew or cancel before a certain period.Other than the rent, they dont tell you that there is a small and additional monthly charge for facilities usage (even if you dont use them).Whenever you need a paper from them or if you decide to leave and need a clearance letter, you will have to wait at least a week to get it signed from the building owners (not convenient).If you need to get back your retainer money when leaving it also take around SIX WEEKS for them to give you back your money (but when you rent out you have to pay them at that exact moment - totally unprofessional procedure especially for a supposedly international firm).Location is arguably okay. Mega Mall is beside it if you need to get anything. Parking outside the building in that area is a headache. Th Bu Daniq area is simply just stacked with so many buildings next to each other, old and tight roads, construction closeby, traffic, and mostly paid parkings.

Very lively business centre. A comfortable work place. I was able to find business opportunities with other Regus customers. Regus staff is very professional and supportive.

If some one going for ksa (kingdom of saudi arabia) must go first here for finger print n more visa services....
