Goyal has all books from CBSE, NCERT. Customer service is good. Highly appreciate the staff for being kind and helpful at all times. But books are very expensive compared to the quality provided. They are giving same books as in India but at a high rate. I suggest to adjust the rates for the books please.

Such a rude salesman..i never met. I went to goyal bookshop because it was near to my place. I enquired about the 4th standard book and he said it is aed 48. I asked him that my family had called the stores few days ago and you said it aed 40, intention was not to bargain but just inform them about the past communication. To my surprise the sales guy replied over the phone we can say Aed 20 also. I dont have time to reveal exact price on the phone he was extremely rude with his tone and gesture. i had my arguments and left from there. I got the same book from nearby al ameen for aed 35.Too Pricey book shop and no courtesy at all.

They don’t even deserve one star !! worst customer service and management I have ever seen.. I have ordered books for kids as per school instruction online on 24 March 2021 unfortunately till date I didn’t receive . I have escalated many times .. every time their customer service rep will respond via email new date.. promised many time that it will deliver tomorrow but that tomorrow never came !!Also their online store having poor server .. please be aware of losing your money from credit card and they will say still with bank ! It took 2 weeks to confirm my online payment !

During Covid lockdown they have done good service with timely online deliveries last year and this year. When I received wrong Hindi textbook and informed them via email, they arranged for exchange of the book at doorstep. In these times, such customer service despite their heavy workload is highly appreciable.

My wife & I visited last in the year 2013 to purchase Indian syllabi books for my neighbors.Before that I had visited the old shop in 2003 @ old location during my last school days.

So crowded book shop during school opening season. Try to in early morning opening time. Service is not that great. Shall improve a lot.

The manager sitting on the desk is too rude and doesnt have knowledge on books and not at all familiar with computer and laptop usage.we went there for books and he wasnt able to help us and we were there almost 2hrs for the books he had the list in his laptop..very bad experience.he was very rude to other parents and little kids too
