Too much waiting if we go at the time of School Re opening .Most of Indian ( CBSE) school books are available. Some staff are unaware about the books for each school. So better to go with Book list or Cover page photo.

V rude staff...and the counter part high rates!Guys please encourage the small stationaries to shine..they give us a lot more respect..!In anyway it doesnt mean when the palace gets popular/in demand/they should be rude.

I visited here with my son for AS Level books and found all. The price of books are very reasonable. Further, registers, journals, copies, pencils and pens etc are available here.

The have been very rude to me, though we have been loyally purchasing from them for 10 years , on their own promise to provide books

They Dont know how to treat a customer, I went there to buy a Book, no one is care. they were busy in their activity... Not minding us...

My wife & I visited last in the year 2013 to purchase books. Very nice collection.Before that I had visited the old shop in 2003 @ old location during my school days. Theyre quite old & very experienced.

Disrespectfull staff. they r rude & managr in kanura has no manner all shouting & yelling. visitd 2 days ago & they treated wife like outcast. they give wrong books purposely & then dont take back. -5 star rating. dont go there. take from amin next shop.

The customer service is HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. they dont even know the basics of manners. I called for home delivery and he said charge for 20 aed extra when i said its vert near next buildung he rudely said tu akar le jayo. He can simply said we dont offer free delivery. If only i have read some reviews here i never called.EDIT: You can denied your service offcourse but not in rude way. I wrote my review on behaviour of customer service and the way of talk. He can simply denied by saying sorry this is our fix service charges.no need to be rude ok.

I visited yesterday they have increased the price, my friend bought cheaper 2 days ago, but today same book was 5 and 10 dhrms more.As books are in demand....

I called two times and asked some general quires regarding school books.but unfortunately the persons attended the call was very rude and not even able to communicate properly as if he didnt care about the business. might be due to monopoly of our own school deal for them.

Highly irresponsible staff. Contacted for the timing for book collection and told us to come today between 9am to 12pm. But nobody was there and the contacted person was not picking the phone as well.

I just called the shop now. There is this guy on the phone who was sooooo rude I just asked him that can we change the books because we need some guides these books are completely new and literally said wapis kerwanay k koi scene nhi hai beta koshish bhi mat karna yahan aker change kerwane ki and just hanged up the phone. We guys come from all the way from Ras Al khaimah this is just not fair.

The place is good but the staff i have encountered twice during my 2 visits was the same person in the Store and it was horrible. I would not mention his name but to be honest he doesnt even know the basics of CUSTOMER SERVICE. My experience was horrible plus in the end he always fools around during computation of the things and thinks that the customer doesnt know how to do basic addition. During my twice visits always charging extra and by EXTRA charges i dont mean 20 or 30 aed infact always charges extra like 70 to 80 aed and saying the total only in the end. Please stop doing this kind of fraud and if you assist the customer well in return the customer might give you a tip instead of cheating like this. Anyway when asked to compute again as i already doubted it was done wrong at the first place then from extra 70 to 80 aed it became less wow only taking extra 20 aed this time and that also by increasing the prices of the things which had no price tags in the end saying Madam i gave you complementary thing lol as if doing a favour.P.S. no need to give any complimentary thing but instead please do your job honestly and STOP CHEATING THE CUSTOMERS.

Staffs dont know how to respect to the customer.Prices are not standard they are charging as they want.I paid 20 for book, the same book was only 10 while my friend bought.No receipt given.

They have all study material for school kids

They staff arent helpful at all..went their because they are known to carry a lot of urdu islamic books but they were just a few basic ones not any special ones

Complete package of education ....the best place you can buy school stuff( books etc..) for your kids , cheap and best almost half price compare to others ... Very nice and cooperative staff .

Staff should learn to respect...Books are sometimes damaged...You can get good prices in other shops...Name of shop is Big(Famous) but how the staffs behave 😧😧😫😫
