This is my always go-to place when it comes to waxing. Id like to recommend Ate Benet and Ate Geneviv of Buhaira, Al Nahda, Shj Branch. So, if you guys are looking for clean and professional waxing sesh then definitely, go with them.Overall, the place is clean! Thats the most important part.

Very poor experience..I did hair rebounding and got burns on my forehead at 3 places..still not healed...after 1 week..also my hair got back to the normal within this period 😢

They should call it nailcure and not pedicure and manicure. They dont do massage and scrub.Only clean nails.Total rip off not worth it.Never go

Expensive!!! instead of discount there was additional charges...so if you would not check your bill and finalize the prices before doing your hair etc. you’ll be surprised later on 😮 foot spa + pedi charged me AED 140?? I suppose to give tips but after finding out that they have charged me more, I decided not too...there are lots of salon who gives discount with the same services...

I’m a regular to this place for my mani & pedi and sometimes for my hair color and haircut. Their cost is reasonable with right facilities. Staff are always friendly.

I went to Simple beauty saloon on 25 nov 2020 and I went for lowlights hair color service. I selected a Red color as my hair is black in color so they bleach my hair , and then they colored red. My concern was within as week means on 3 Dec my hair color was fading the parlour hair professional didn’t mention while I opted the color she only said that it will be light with the wash but I wash my hair twice and the color was fading and I was able to see my bleach hair.My concern is that the hair stylist didn’t share clarity on color and I was cheated. They charged me 250 AED it means that every week I have spend this much amount to retain my color. I suggest not to go to this saloon as they are not sharing exact clarity on the services they provide to the client . Highly disappointed.

Burned my face and peeled of my skin twice after repeatedly telling the lady about my sensitive skin and to be very careful while putting wax or threading. The first time I confronted them about this- there was no apology of any kind from their part. Really unprofessional and would give a 0 star if given the opportunity. Hundred percent non recommended

Terrible service. I cut my hair there a couple of months ago. I am not a master, but even I know that before you cut your hair you need to wash it or at least bring a bottle of water and apply water to your hair with a spray and then cut it.The master who cut my hair, removed the hairpin from my hair and tried to cut dry hair. Until I told her that she needs to wet my hair a little and then cut it. She went off with displeasure and brought water. After that, just cut off the hair without any measuring. on the request to wash hair, she was again displeased. The water was cold ! Thats horrible ! Guys you live in Dubai and people give you flesh for service. Really can not heat the water a little. Because of this master I still grow hair to make a normal hairstyle.But actually girls in redemption are pleasure and very good !

Its nice, clean and they always do a great job. Thanks to Myra (Nail Technician) who took her time with absolutely everything and made me feel welcome.The only thing that annoys me, it was freezing cold inside the massage room. I cant barely relax during the treatment. I mentioned it to the therapist but she just ignored me.

If your are not ready for home service why do have it ?every time i call to set an appointment for home service i am told dont call early just call at the exact time i need the service and if i do that either no staff free for now or sorry madam lots of staff are off today or wait let me ask my manager who come at 1pm and etc....excises never end, last month i tried for days to book an appointment but couldnt succeed and this month its happening again,,,which is making me use another salo. be ready before u have a service

When I first started doing my nails at this place three years ago it was good and I recommend it to my friends. But lately they have been so terrible.. really bad attitude towards the customer . Everyone I recommend has had the same treatment and they all left and went to different places .. i definitely can’t go back there neither can I recommend it to anyone ever again

Staff were horrible, unattentive to what services or products (in reference to waxing) were requested.The staff who did my waxing kept asking me my name repeatedly, didnt hear me out as to what kind of wax i requested. Didnt do a good job as she was in a hurry to take her tea break.Did a root touch up, wasnt informed what the shade would be or brand used. Ended with extremely black hair and burnt scalp, since staff left the color on for more than required time.Other staff around were just shouting out extremely loud into my ear.To sum it up, REGRET!

I did stricking from this saloon but i was very disappointed by the colour. I had chosen a different shade but its totally different and it didnt reach my expectations

Michelle is the best person for hair cut and any hair related treatment. Did Brazilian and it was almost pain free with Benneth.
