Last January 30, 2021, I had my hair rebonding and I am NOT SATISFIED WITH THE RESULTS. I am very disappointed because I have paid much to get what I want, however, it did not happen at all. To be honest, I have chosen this salon as the reviews were very good and I wont risk anything at all without checking the review. This is what happened. When I did my manicure, pedicure, and foot spa I have a feeling that something will happen to my hair as I was already sweating because I was wearing a bathrobe and the fan was switched off nor air condition was not there too so I have asked their staff whether their AC is on because I am sweating underneath my hair but instead she said it is switched off. So, I got a bad feeling that my rebonded hair will be damaged I even told their staff that the hair underneath is being sweated and she said THAT IS FINE it does not ruin so, of course, I listened to her because she knows well than me but still, I have this feeling that something will happen. Indeed something happened, my hair gets frizzy and damaged. I have followed their instructions to wet the hair after 3 days which I have bought a shower cap just to protect my hair from getting wet when taking a half-bath. Then, after 3 days I have wet my hair and used their recommended hair mask bought from them, unfortunately, after drying the hair using a cold blow-dry as instructed by them and there go the results are very bad my hair gets tangled, frizzy, and burned hair underneath (as per attached photo). This is to bring to your attention Colors Salon I AM VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED AND NOT SATISFIED AT ALL. (I just posted this now due to busy of work and still cannot imagine that I paid 900DHS with this kind of service)

The staff is doing treatments on themselves instead of attending the customers. Not lying but being a customer I had to wait for 2 hours to get my treatment done.
