I am an old customer of Al amakin saloon. There services are outstanding. I always love my visit here. Specially the package they offer. The ladies who serves you here are so professional. I specially love Elizabeth for my manicure, pedicure and nails art she is superbbbb, Fatima for threading and Saira for waxing job. So professional. Hughly recommended

Some of staff was impolite. Im a regular client , i know them but some of them came to my house making part time , so one time i complain for them then they got mad at me. So when i visit to salon , they dont do service on me , but today, this lady elizabeth was finish first on her client and the rest was busy , the casher told her to make me , wallah i see her going inside in the wax and stay there long time , so 20 minutes i was waiting then i ask where is the other lady and jocelyn also ? so when i call marage where is jocelyn and i told them u want me to complain on your boss?They came quickly and and make for me , they are hiding there at back . I heard also this eizabeth someone came she said to other filipini u hide already this client again here .So disappointing!

Just few people in this place were enthusiastic and showed professionalism towards their customers. The rest needs at least basic customer service training. Kudos to the staff who served there clients simultaneously just to get job done on time.

Half the workers are rude. they’re too fast they don’t care if the work is done well they just wanna finish it. they take forever and they make fun of the customers in their own language thinking that we don’t understand. bad

For almost 3 years now am dealing with them its a nice place i go for most treatments , Staff are friendly however the salon looks old & kind dusty needs a new look with new equipments.. staff should be one uniform.. Morocon bath place needs a new look also .

Some girls working there very rude.filipino manicure woman (fat & blonde) is really rude and loud voiceShe cut my skin by mistake when doing manicure and didn’t careold salon like this should not hire such employees.

The fillipino lady for pedicure are rude and they ask you to buy a new scrubber for leg at an additional cost and if you refuse they make faces and dont do a good job so youre forced to buy also she was so aggressive that she cut my skin!!!! And it was bleeding I was scared of catching infection.The lady for waxing was amazing and did a great job!! Overall the salon looks very old and dusty with old equipment I would rather visit other neighbouring salons.

The most hygiene and caring salon I ever went to... Staff are friendly and feeling happy while doing their work.. Which indicates the good relation and treatment they have from their lovely owner.. Madam Amal... Best regards to her and the lovely staff especially Candy, SUMAYA, Josefine and the receptionist.. And other ladies.. Whom are very caring to and indulging their customers.. Lots of love..
