I bought a milk bread, photos attached. The brand name is Dibba, and shockingly found a piece of green plastic deep inside the loaf a bread. How can I trust such unhygienic products. This is absolutely unacceptable. This really warrants a complaint with consumer protection.VERY UPSETTING EXPERIENCE!!

Worst ever experience.I have ordered mixed fruit cake for my daughter’s bday.When it came it was plain cake no fruits at all, and when I called they told me I can visit the branch n I went there with sample of cake for their assurance.I convinced him to keep it for their reference but he said it’s not needed I have checked already their is no fruit. He admitted and told me I will get call from manager.After waiting for manager’s call for 2 days,When I called them back, they said you would have given us a sample of the cake.How poorly they deal with customers.I personally Won’t recommend any one to ruin their special occasion by ordering from dibba.

Very poor and disappointing service from Rolla branch......too much irresponsible staff and are not bothered about customer service......ordered a party cake and informed them to deliver it by 11.45 am......while following at 10 am they even not started backing cake.....after long fights....some how they prepared one delivered around 12.50 pm.....however the item was damaged while transportation and was not in presentable condition......they spoiled our party...not bothered about customer complaints and customer satisfaction.......

The Bakery is located at Maliha Road, Sharjah at national paints area. You can see the shop at the right side of the road while traveling towards Dubai, bus station is close by but there are no metro services to this location .Free RTA roadside parking is available in the surroundings, but you cant always expect free parking slots in this area due to high traffic especially during morning and evening times.The sweats are tasty and available at an affordable rate here.
