I would have given negative if available,.Its a disaster and ruined our program,I am seriously doubting that the other reviews are either paid or fake,We ordered the cake approx 3 weeks ago with a combination of red velvet and chocolate. After the order we bought some samples to taste, the taste was so bad, the sponge was hard, dry and over sweet.So after a week I went to the shop again ask them to change the flavour, and explain the issues, also re explain the design.Shockingly one day before the event they called me and asking for the design, they didnt even save the details.Finally on the day of event they called few hours before the delivery and said that the CHEF made wrong flavour by mistake,This is the worst customer service I ever had, POOR QUALITY And TASTE. You will get much better cake from any other shops in trust me.

Loved this eatery so much. Super moist and delicious cake varieties are available. Hot beverages and fruit shots are their best sellers. We had so much fun drinking the shots in the given time.Happened to try everything special on their menu and loved this place so so much.

We ordered a personalized fondant cake in the flavor Oreo, but it was an utter disappointment. The fondant looked nice, but there was no taste of Oreo or even a hint of Oreo in it. They need to work on their flavors, and work on it so that such disappointments can be avoided.

I msgd them and enquired they were not even aware about the order. they were asking what time it is? the timing is it by 7pm we got shocked and when we showed the bill and explained. they were carelessly replying our staff put ur timing wrong. ok fine our mistake u will get it within 15 mins. that too they didnt send it within 15 mins also. what a pathetic customer service they have. really I will never ever recommend this shop to anyone. very bad bad service
