We recently bought cake again from Ammas Pastries, really delicious, mango flavored cake. everybody like the cake and decoration was simply superb. Staffs were really service oriented person and delivered the cake on time. much appreciated to the management for the such amazing cakes for the all events of life. It was very bad experience buying a cake… while booking i shared picture with them, they had agreed to finish it the same way… but actually when the cake was prepared… it wasn’t finished properly… the staff were not co operative they said this is what we can do… we cannot print the same as picture…. Not at all happy with Ammas… very disappointed….

The below cake i cake i taken from Amma s Pastries near Calicut note book Rolla ,yesterday exactly 15-sept.for my Birthday .I got its worth 500g and a cost 53 dhs, and went evening to buy this ,and the guy who treated me says i wlll make a super cake for you ,said some Galxy or something then i asked can i see model or any picture .Then he assured about the quality and he is 100% confident on the taste and all...Oh last he taken and showed me after naming on top .that time itself i should say No by seeing it .Dear Amma can you see the pic below , the quality and worst decorated cake i seen ..Its seems like an old fashion still your following ,better cake will available on other super markets than this .And the blue colour you given on borders , oh god its like stain on mounth and floor.Please provide quality products to customer to match the value of money.

Ordered a cake for my wedding anniversary 1 day in advance. 2pm promised to deliver and no one turned up till 3pm. When I called they don’t have any clue about my order and asked me to give new order. RIDICULOUS. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL.

When hygiene is given top priority in covid19 this careless restaurant is sending a big chunck of there staff hair along with pastries. When i called and they said we pack very carefully it must be something else. When I called them to complain they cut line by saying okay. I ordered it via talabat.Avoid this restaurant, this is alarming for you and your loved one who thinking to order from this careless restaurant.dont order from them they will make you sick..

Three stars is for the great cake at affordable prices . I will reserve the other two for the encounter I had with one fo their delivery staff . He was very rude over the phone and ended up raining insults at me just because I asked him why he had to call for delivery at past 7 when the agreement was for him to deliver at 6:30. He even asked me to come collect the cake in person or to cancel the order. A certain black guy who from the first day of payment had been showing so much of an attitude. A friend of mine by chance once complaint to me about that particular guy and I witnessed it in person. All thanks to the great customer service team which resolved the issue but I was disappointed at his approach to a client.

Taste is very nice. I like the quality.Just unhappy that they made be wait almost 30 minutes even after pre informing the order and confirming the time. Also there is no home delivery even for 1km from the outlet.

Once upon my fav place was ammas for its fresh baked puffs. And now the quality is really bad not once it happ thrice and this time I went direct to the shop n gave my review.The egg puff was not fresh n veg puff oil smelled as if it was reused oil. Very disappointing.

I ordered cheese cake and honestly the worst cheese cake I have ever tried, just a normal refrigerated sponge cake with icing, you guys should really try a cheese cake to know how to make one. And trust me the price of 80+ including delivery, I would have gone to a normal supermarket and got a 20 dhs cake which tastes the same.. pls dont sell your cheese cake claiming it is one. People who really know what they taste will give you more bad reviews..sorry but had to point out !

Well ordered birthday cake 9th Jan 2020 most disappointed all the guests commented why the cake is more wet and spong is more wet. Something to improve very importantly since any celebrations its not good.
