Just bought some products from then. Mini sandwitches are quite tasteless. Dark chocolate mousse cake is very good, rich and fresh.

Very poor service I ordered a Birthday cake one day earlier paid full amount suppose to deliver the next day at 5pm but when I called to follow up for the delivery they didnt know anything about it. They were not calling me to update the status of cake. Only I need to call 5 times for the follow up. At last they sent a ready-made cake which is on their display and not informed anything about it. When we opened we saw the different cake and when I called again they said the there is no one to prepare the cake they left the duty if you want we will sent it next day. It was very upset. Until now the next day cake also not received.Very poor customer service and service.

I’ll give it 1 star for the customer service, the shop wasn’t busy maybe me and another 2-3 customers, but yet I waited a long time to be served and even when I tried to bring their attention as I was standing infront of the cakes’ section the lady responded to me with” which one do you want” also the bill is not detailed and not all items are priced, so I had to ask for the price of each single item.
