Two stars are more than enough for this garage. They returned me back my car you very dirty. I returned my car to them three times as they are not doing the proper work from first time. When I got my car from them, there were several abnormal sounds. So you have to be careful. Just two stars because they did mechanical works. The cost is higher than what they deserve. Not recommended if you are looking for professional garage.

I found this place on Google, its owned by bunch of young guys. I went to get the quotation for my car service. I checked in the market there prices were reasonable. I left my car there for one day, surprisingly when they sent me bill it was less than what they estimated. They even delivered car at my place. I would definitely recommend them.

One of the worst garages I have ever seen, they fixed my Juke after changing parts costed me over 2000 AED but after 20 days the same issue returned, they refused to admit that it’s their fault and wanted to charge me again for labor charges..don’t take your car to them at all..

The worst one you can visit with your car , no help at all .

Frankly speaking, I left my car to find out what is the issue in the Ac system, but after 2 days they said we have to dismantle the dashboard. They didnt give me the exact and proper answer. However, before taking my car they requested me to pay 250 aed after bargain I made it 150 aed . I see 150 aed is too much as well for no solution. But in general they have good and big team and so many tools and equipment.

On the base of google reviews i visited this workshop. I came here to fix my BMW 320i issues. Its a big workshop. I occasionally see 3 digit 4 digit car in this garage for the repair. Seems mechanics are well experienced & knowledge about car issues. They treat the customer well. Giving 4 star because always there is a possibility for improvement.

Be careful very good rating and once you reach they will ask for 300 checkup charges and play games all 5 star rating is fake maybe .be careful I lost 120 aed on recovery and once i reached games started to milk money from my pocket

Usman Auto Repair Workshop is the best place to repair your American or German cars. They have a huge workshop and friendly staff.Id vote and recommend Usman Auto Repair Workshop as the best and reliable place for any mechanical work, especially when attended by Abrar who is a genuine and talented person.However, I wouldnt go there for any electrical issues, as the main person for this job is not a dedicated or reliable person. He was giving repair suggestions without physically diagnosing my Ford Mustang and later on pushing me to leave my car for days (just a wiper malfunction). The mechanical person was more active in trying to diagnose and repair my car.That being said, Id still go to Usman Auto Repair Workshop for all my mechanical work, they are really good at it, having over 15 years of legacy.PS: get Abrar to do the job!

Visited the place for first time a month ago in an emergency..Main staff member was likely to fraud about the problem. Car was little heated due to non function of cooling fan and he was insisted that the engine got seize. I asked him several time that engine can not seize like this but he was adment on his false statement. Such a unprofessional attitude just to earn some bucks . Poor experience

My BMW 328i 2015 was having an oil leaking I bought my car to their workshop in Ramadan they sent me to part shop to buy the genuine parts which was not !!! When they repaired the leaking they broke the turbocharged and the control unit computer.The mechanic who was fixing my car not professional at all even filing the oil he added 7 liters instead of 5 liter.I really do not recommend this workshop at all.I visited the workshop last month of Ramadan with my car of the type BMW 328i in the year 2015 because of the smuggling of oil from the engine was requested by the shop dealing with the workshop was understood that the original pieces surprised later by the agent that the pieces are not authentic. After the smuggling has been fixed, the turbo car and the cars computer have also been disabled !!!The engineer, who used to repair the car with no nationality and was not aware of German cars, loaded the car with seven liters of oil instead of the five liters recommended by the manufacturer.I do not recommend this workshop at all.

An acceptable garage and I have an experience with them, and unfortunately it failed, and I changed them to a compressor for air-conditioned money, landed a user for me and paid a large sum, and within less than two weeks a car came back to him and I told him there is a problem with air conditioning and it was repaired, and after two weeks I returned to him and the air conditioner became hot and my saying needs to be replaced as another justifier knowing that he changed it It is used by him, and is it possible to change it twice within a month ?? !! Now my car is in the garage itself, and tomorrow I will take with me as a representative and an agency, and I am sure the loss

I do not recommend anyone to this workshop, I faced many problems with them in terms of maintenance, and I also informed the relevant government authorities about them, finally I took my car more breakdowns than the previous one because of their poor knowledge of maintenance and for the reason that the car remained in the workshop for three months or more without interest.

Great service in the sense of the word. Receiving, maintaining and delivering the vehicle is organized. The place is good and the pressure has been relieved by opening the auto receipt door for maintenance from 8am to 10pm.The effort and wonderful work is commendable.Thank you Mr. Usman
