I called them to get a quote and guess what. They quoted me double. An engine which is available for 8000 aed. They quoted 14000 aed. And service charge was tripe4500 just to replace. Not recommended at all.

Best place for BMW. Busy garage.I would say they are good mechanics in engine and all mechanical side.When it is electronics or computer no. They are below my expectations.Also better you buy parts and ask them to fix it. They have big margin in spares.

Not recommended at all, they changed a spare which works completely fine and I payed 500aed, and when I took my car to different auto repair they told you just need to change spark plugs for 100aed. Not friendly and lazy.

Reasonable pricing and repair well

Asked for a repair quote last week. As of today no answer and I estimate the parts and repairs at Dhs 5k. It appears they are not interested in business. Good luck with such an attitude.

Nobody listens to concerns. You will say what you need and they show no interest. Also need to follow-up time to time. I am confident that they know the cars but not professionals on customer handling. They can do better. If Hussein is not there, nothing will happen.They worked on the car and will not bother to recommend anything even there is noise or at least related on the works.I had my alternator replaced and belt tensioner is noisy but they kept it as it is and not even bother to offer solution. I mean They could have up-sell at the same time make cars safer and reduce inconvenience of repeating the process.

Had a very bad experience , I had a problem with my steering during the heavy rains , they said the rack and pinion should be changed and i asked them to do it , however after 2 days the same problem started again.When i went after 2 days , Prem said it will be fine , however its been a year now , till today I have the same problem , I went last week and they behaved very badly . The problem comes and goes on and off , it just shows steering behavior affected , sometimes the steering will be very hard sometimes smoothI had paid 5700 Dhs for changing it , now i doubt they had changed it or not ? last week they asked to pay 550 Dhs to update the software , they said they forgot to do it last year.I have also done some other works from the same garage and it was fine but this one I dont know5700 is not at all a small amount

The best BMW aftermarket shop around. Theyve looked after my 10 year old 330 perfectly. Highly recommend. The car will come back needing cleaning however, something they need to work on.

It was my first visit to this workshop. Had an wonderful experience. Mr. Prem understood the problems and addressed all of them like a pro. My vehicle was free from all errors and drove like new. I had a steering problem where my steering wouldnt go up or down and also the rear window roller blind stopped working. Many different garages told me useless and Guessing information... saying Oh it could be this or that.. nothing certain.I then came across Janu Garage and spoke to their supervisor Praem. He appeared very knowledgeable and reassured me that the car would be fixed. I was given a rough estimate right away and the actual amount charged was half the price of the estimate.Speed of their service was excellent and he kept me updated on whats app on the status of the car.If he wanted, he couldve charged me extra money but he did not as he was fair and honest.Absolutely knowledgable mechanic to visit if you own a BMW.

Best place for all bmw work

I left my 7 series at dubai jano and these guys prices are high for no reason i provided them high pressure fuel pump and its nearby engine n54 takes around 2 hours to replace and they charged me 1500 AED! And when i said ill not pick up my car they reduced to 700 AED for what are they charging this much? Stay honest and straight forward and my problem didnt got resolved even i didnt visit dubai branch again.Please let me know if sharjah branch is good or its same like dubai one. Thanks

Trash-They dont care about the customer.-They have almost no experience in BMWs .-They dont know fault code.-They charge too much for basic stuff.DO NOT GO UNLESS YOU WANT TO SPEND A LOT OF MONEY ON NOTHING

Disappointing experience. Because of following1. They were trying to sell an air pump 2 time more expensive price then a shop near by, exactly the same model, same manufacturer. Got to by it from there.2. Damaged saloon and not accepted it, so rejected to repair.3. Careless technician, the guy were scratching paint on the car using screwdriver just to show me something, at this point i got kinda angry.And yeah, once I came home - found a fuse in saloon, now I need to figure where it was coming from. Hopefully no other issues.
