I never put bad reviews on any business establishments specially during these difficult times. But this I see as my duty to alert others.I had a side view mirror replacement as part of insurance ( full coverage ) and was cheated by using bogus spare which effected my cars auto smart functions. When complained, I was told that the insurance is to be blamed.Contacted insurance ( Union insurance)and with their intervention a replacement was done with original spares.Again within 2 months another accident took me through the same workshop and process despite being cheated once. I thought atleast have some know faces from my last visit.Look at the photos and see the quality of repair. Its just out of the workshop.Before starting the second repair process I had requested not to give me a bad reapir like the first time .I later realized that my email enquires where never replied properly and instead will be updated by phone without clarity.At last yesterday when I received the car I was shocked to see none of the spares are replaced even though I was told otherwise. The suspension is from some scarp which is squiky and tired and damaged fender and broken bumper are reworked with putty and covered with a spare paint to cover up the messy repair.I am not sure what to do next and is waiting for a reply from insurance . The car value will be effected when at time for sale because of such people.The funniest part that an amount of 4400 dhs is changed for the wonderful job🤫

Worst service with my Nissan Tida car.They will give you sugar talk at initial when time of delivery. After delivery of car they will take a minimum of 30 days for returning with poor service. They even use nail to clamp the Bonet instead of clips. Painting is worse that sagging will occur and they will totally damage the car .Apart from that all my tools with fire extinguisher went missing .Qatar insurance and they are playing themselves without any action.Dear viewers dont deliver your car to this shop, try with any good other vendor

Professional and Quality Service by Professional Staff.

I dont know much about this workshop.. but when I go for my insurance claim my experience was very bad their responds was like they dont care when you come for insurance claim. I dont know what if it if I do my repair for cash. First of all they told me it will took two to three working days for approval.. okay fine and I wait for 10days and on the 11th day when I called, they told me that there is some internal problems with my insurance company and them. So they cant repair, so I have to change the workshop if I need the repairs.. if you have such problem you have to inform the client on the same day or next day.. even if I dont call I didnt know this and still I wait for the approval. You should give some manners atleast call the customer and inform this. Even in the calls I need to talk with many person coz all the people I call is not responding. They tell me I not in charge of this so call other person.. on 8th of this month I came there and still I dont get any response from your side and still I car is not repaired yet.. all the best for the management and staff

Non qualified workers

Im certified by the work done but some part was left undone then i had to recall the advisor for redone.. The taillight was hanging, was rectified The car logos however was put by glue which is visible and part of logo is not sticking to body of the car, i just left it like that. And Under cover plastic one screw was missing, its ok done. And my remote key was not responding and warninglight on, rectified already . Honestly Regarding dents and painting its good. All services timings and staff response is great. Thanks to jason

One of the best service center I have ever visited in sharjah . All the process from reception to delivery of car went very smoothly. My Mazda car was repaired up to the agency standard and it looked better than before accident.
