Fantastic auto maintenance workshop is a one stop place in Sharjah where you can avail almost all the services for your car. They are located next to Al Wahda road which facilitates an easy access and they have been a pro in whatever they are doing. Been there a couple of times and I have found the staff to be very professional and friendly. A detailed estimate is given after they survey the car and they treat your vehicle with utmost care. I taken my Mazda 6 for a repair, it was just a jurking, due to their unprofessional action I lost my car engine completely. They are not professional, dont take your car to Fantastic Auto Maintenance Workshop.

Not professional at all.. Had a major issue with them, but no follow up from their end on this matter. given my car for a small issue, got my car with spolied rear shocks and other complaints which was identified and rectified by another professional garage in Sharjah. they were good, but now they are not

Believe me, I was looking for a professional garage which can take care of all the works,when I bought my car, here in the sharjha. I was not confident enough to take my car out of authroised service center thenmy friend suggested me Fantastic workshop , and there has been no looking back ever since. The staff there is skilled and experienced. Specially the main pillor of their success is Mr Linson who guided me really well and explained exactly what is wrong with my vehicle. more over their customer handling skills are amazing .Once again thanks to fantastic team for professional work.

Except Rinku rest all mechanics are really waste.They does not know anything. Nobody is attending customer properly.

This is the worst auto garage I ever had an encounter with,I handed over my AUDI S8 for minor repairs with the commitment of Mr.Rinku their supervisor that it will delivered within 5 days and it took them a month to deliver the vehicle and when I received the vehicle, the vehicle was in a terrible condition not only they didnt perform the work properly for which they kept the car for month but in addition to that while performing the work they broke the stearing control module, coolent radiator pipes and speakers.These people are really unprofessional and time wasters, they will keep giving you excuses and in the end they will ruin your vehicle.STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

I found it one of the best service garage in Sharjah for my Ford Explorer. They know the work and also value for money in labour cost. Mechanics are well trained and organised. I would say compare to agency service they are no less in quality work. Transparency of work is the key factor I found here, they allow you to enter the garage and monitor your car work on daily basic. I am very happy and select them for any future work for my car. Contact person is Mr Rinku as a service advisor, well equipped with knowledge of the car. Very poor attitude of the workers and owners. I went there with my car. Waited for 10 minutes hoping someone would attend me. No one cares. So many workers walked around me just starting and turning away. Atlast I went to the main office. There i informed I need help with my car. One guy answered someone will attend. I again wait for another 10 minutes. Finally drove off to anither garage nearby, Wadi al Samha garage. Awesome experience there. They immediately attended and addressed my issues.

A great alternative to my cars service center in Sharjah; in particular, a place with technicians that can diagnose your car accurately instead of trial and error. I took my car to have the alternator and a/c compressor replaced, in addition to a paint correction job, and for a general brake and suspension checkup. I was impressed by their meticulous documentation, in which they provided me details not only of the asked work, but also of any noted repairs by the technician to consider in future visits. The a/c system was flushed and serviced appropriately, and the paint job matched perfectly; in addition, they complimentarily polished the car and headlights too! The price was reasonable compared to other workshops, especially considering the quality of service provided. Thanks to Mr. Jijo & Rinku. Highly recommended!

Very bad experience i had with them. I was charged for my car brake maintenance and parts but on the next day during vehicle test my car failed due to break system.Again i approached Fantastic maintenance ,then i was asked to pay more money for repair.

Please dont get rip off by these blackmailersI had a small ac gas refill in my mitsubishi pajero and they recommended that i should change the condenser and evaporator which i did but they ripped me off charging high labor charges and damaging my cars coolant line while fixing the condenser and ruined my cars interior while fixing the evaporatorWorst car garage in sharjah please be aware and dont visit them i did give them 0 stars if i had the option to.

They work good for your car

My association with this garage started 5 years before when I was using Hyundai Sonata. After warranty and service contract I felt the ASC became expensive and this is the point where feel like switching to a non ASC garage. One of my friend suggested Fantastic garage which was also near to my house at that point. As every customer I was also bit doubtful and afraid to give my car to a non ASC garage for the first time. But during my first visit itself they made me confirmable like any thing. They gave proper guidance in every service with out me being telling them you need to do this. Which was my expectation. Their prices seems to be very reliable and I always associate with a service adviser named Rinku who will make sure that every thing is explained to you in a proper way. I used my sonata till 165K km and all the service was done here with out any single instance of car failing in the road. Excellent service offered by them. Now I change my car from Sonata to Jaguar, I still come to this garage even though I stay in Dubai now. There are good Garages in Dubai that I totally agree but for me I still believe these people are Jaguar Experts also doing a very good job at a reasonable price rather. they have good knowledge on premium cars and have even identified the actual problems in my car which some premium garage who claim as experts of premium vehicles was not able to identify. I always opt Mr Rinku as my service advisor as he provides me with the best service. Very knowledgeable guy in this field and he has real passion for the car and he helps us how to maintain car rather than thinking of how to loot the customer to make money for the garage even though that activity will make loose customer in long run. Super happy with their cost effective quality service provided in my car. Referred some of my friend also who have premium cars and they are all happy with their service. Also I suggest to contact Mr Rinku and I am sure he will guide you in a proper way. Overall happy with their service and still take my car only in fantastic garage even though it is 1 hour drive from my place because of the quality they offer.I have one advise to fantastic garage Please arrange collection and delivery service of cars from Dubai also so it will be more helpful for people like me
