In Every aspect Tata is becoming superb, Even with Dealer from where I brought my Tata Nexon had an amazing experience. The person who I was dealing, Her name is Kiran, she had a very good product knowledge. By the time of delivery, everything was so quick she managed and we went off with the car. 10/10 for Kiran for helping me in buying Tata Nexon XMS, she was very polite, very supportive. Great future a head dear and tata too

Poor service, i have an accident repair from here last year, now came to know that they have used wrong fan with some adjustment, luckily my Car didnt catch fire, going to raise this issue with AXA

Pathetic customer service and the workers are not even comfortable to give the supervisor number. Couldn’t understand how a big company like AXA is sending their customers to this kind of pathetic places..

Rude behaviour of Garage Incharge and poor repair. This garage come under AXA insurance so they didnt replace the main damage parts only repair even they dont have to pay anything.

Paint and vehicle bodywork only garage.Just paint my car here and their work seems good, The staff and owner are friendly.They finished the work on time👌however, their prices are little more than other garages.

Very bad service . No one attends the call.Also it took more than two weeks to repair a small bumper accident job , while other garages does similar job in 3 days max .Not recommended.

Be careful I do not recommend you this garage. Their below reply shows their professionalism and I already had escalated the issue to the insurance company, and they didnt change the stuff unless I showed them recorded videos showing my original items when I give it to them.
