Worst experience ever. I had an accident on 14 same day i gave my car but no update till 17 and i got fine from sharjah municipality because of garage they parked the car outside the garage and because of their action i got fine. I wont recommend anyone whoever is reading this. Total staffs are not co-operative at all. Even manager doesnt know how to talk to the client. He was talking and acting like he is owner of the garage and he doesnt care if you take your car back from them. 0 customer service 0 working professional. I had worst experience ever in my life.

The shop is located at the end of the line. Moderately expensive, they charge like 200-250 per hour of work. I gave my Toyota Zelas for front suspension replacement a few months ago and I told them Im okay with non OEM part, they changed the suspension and now only I realized they replaced my suspension with some other models suspension (shock absorber) because the suspension height is 250 mm high than the OEM part and my suspension became very hard after that. Now they are telling its my fault because I agreed for non OEM part. I agreed for Non OEM part because I thought it should be of same size as the original and only quality will be compromised. They should have informed me about the height difference. Even if the customer says non OEM dont they have common sense to fit something like this? Even if the mechanic did some mistake what was the supervisor doing? Sleeping? Any way I lost 1000 dh and my car drives like hell now. Im going to change my suspension to original from some other shops. You guys are there to rip of customers who dont know much about cars. Im adding the photos of before and after changing.Dont go near them, they will charge you a premium for sub standard work

One of the worst places in sharjah.The stuff is very rude. Un professional and very uncooperative. I call 10 times and get answered only 1 time.I went for a body painting but somehow ended up with mechanical problem and a dead battery.NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN.

This review is for all those people who do not have any experience from this garage and looking for repair or maintenance please read this review.I had my first time experience from this garage because this garage was listed in my insurance.They are good in handling the customer and and for follow ups my rim got damage during the repair i told them and they repainted but they were irresponsible and their quality of work is very poor secondly they take a lot of time in arranging the parts, They delayed the work saying they couldnt find the part and when i went to the used part it was available everywhere.If you have any high end car i will suggest do not go for this garage as they are not the right garage for exclusive cars. Poor quality of work.I had my car repaired from accident and the paint job was not good at all and there were something missing from the car they said to visit and when i showed them they said the part is not available and wait for 8 days as the part is coming by air. I waited 2 months and now they are saying we did not committed anything.Dont go for this garage

I was involved in an accident and I was non-faulty as per police report and since the other party’s insurance has a tie up with AG cars I had to give my car to them. Its been more then 10 days and they are still saying that they could not procure the door which is supposed to be replaced and it is hard to believe cos my car is grey toyota corolla and its parts are widely available. And its causing me lot of difficulty cos I have to travel to DWC airport everyday to my work.Nobody answers calls on their customer service number but the guy who is handling my case is very nice but I suppose he can’t get involved in maintenance side and is able to give me only general update provided by maintenance team. I hope they finish the work and hand over the car to me at least before Ramadan.

5 stars for giving me a complimentary pick up and drop off.Good communication from the staff and manager.But let me give you some points which they might loose customers.NO time commitments for the delivery.Customers main complaint was not address.My car took nearly 4 days (including Friday) for just a general service which was done almost 2/3rds the cost of Al Rostamani.I definitely see room for lot of improvement as far as the customer satisfaction is concerned.

Unprofessional.. too much waiting time.. still didnt get professional report for vehicle comprehensive / 23 point testing after following up for three days I quit. They just sent me WhatsApp, taking picture from pc monitor. Not recommended for personal use.

Truly grateful to AG Cars especially to Mr Juri for the help and consideration given to me despite limited time as my car has to be fixed before its shipment for export tomorrow. Had an accident the other day just few minutes after leaving the RTA for the export plate. It was very frustrating at first thinking that everything was ok then unfortunate situation happened. Good thing Mr Juri of AG Cars was very accommodating and helped me get through this challenge. He was able to provide very good service and it is beyond expectation. Thank you once again!

I gave car for repair(85243) on 28.oct and he processed the things fast so that i was able to get the replacement vehicle from insurer quickly. Also he made arrangements to get my car returned in 5 days deapite of the holidays(the estimate given was 5 working days).I do recommend the centre

Dont ever go to this garage. These dirty people will create new problems on your car. I gave my car for a painting and dent removal purpose. But they did lots of new problems because of their mishandling. Staff is always up and ready for an argument and a fight. Because of the salama insurance I went there. Its my worst experience in my entire life. Dont ever do anything with these team. I had experience with their Sharjah branch.
