Firstly when i checked in i spent 4 hours in a room and the A/C was so hot and not working properly then i moved to another and the situation was not that better also was hot and i couldnt sleep properly, also the the person who handled dealing with the guests does not have the ability at all to communicate and deal with customers, and he didnt respect me, at least he didnt call me Mr or Sir.Also Ive taken my pet to the beach and kept him in the beach side area and swam in the sea. He came to me and asked me loudly and shouted on me to take the pet from there despite of not having any appeared rule for that.

The villa is well maintained and extremely clean.The villa was facing the pool and the play area for young kids which definitely made it easier for us to watch over them.The beach/club house/water activities is 2-5 minute drive.Lakshman from Amwaaj was extremely supportive and helpful during our stay. This property is definitely good value for money and perfect for a family get away.

Good place for vection

Never stay here... property is not maintained . Doesnt cool and the maintenance comes to fix this but doesnt do anything and offered another villa with same issue. On top they blocked the amount as deposit and also took the payment. Its been a month an I am still running behind them for the money. Dont get into the trap.

Do not make the mistake of booking at this property. We had stayed at the location as a planned staycation. The AC was not cooling during the peak summer. There was a maintenance team that came to check and then did nothing about it. We had no choice but to sleep in the heat through the night, moreover had to bear the damage of paying more than the promised comfort by charging the same amount which was supposed to be the deposit. However, i ll give one star for the swimming pool.

Extremely bad service. The AC was not cooling throughout the stay. The least they could have done was to switch it on 2 to 3 hours before check in, however looks like they wanted to save on that.Would never stay here again.

An inconvenient place, you feel that they are renting a slave to complete the maintenance, inconvenience, and the price is not suitable

Uncomfortable place with maintenance and inconvenience of workers and repairs. The room in the morning is not dark because of the curtain. I do not recommend it and the price is not appropriate as well.
