I lost my access card to the building and parking area. i cant apply online for the replacement (315 aed for replacement- too costly🙄) bcus the owner of the unit that im renting has some balance to pay. i called them (rak properties) to give me some consideration bcus I am the tenant and paying the rent so why I have to face these consequences, it is between them and the landlord but they refused my request. Its been a week now waiting for nothing and I have to beg the security to open the gate for me and wait for them for 10 mins or more outside.Rak properties you need to change your trashy policies.. learn the proper management and customer services

The worst real estate company you may deal with!!The building access card is not working for 8 days and no one reply calls or mails or respond to voice messages!!And we stand at the street every day at mid night waiting for a chance that someone open the main building door for us!!What service is this ? What is so hard to fix an access card in 8 days ??

Extremely slow and poor Service. I have posted my maintenance request more than one month back and nothing was done, slowly- slowly people coming to my appartment, cheking issues, writing it down, and then leaving and no result. Again other people coming, cheking, and leaving. Main Office aware of it and dont react. Looks like Im not in Uae, but in some third world country.

Bad customer service, It depends on the mood of the staff specially the front desk👎🏼 if there is any problem you should solve it by yourself because it will take forever if you waited anything from them.
