Dont trust them as they will promise you the world and then they shut off ALL and ANY after sales customer care. As for maintenence issues, there are many issues in Royal Breeze Buildings and you will be constantly calling them and getting nothing back. You will be covering all costs yourself - and believe me there are many issues. Once you sign the contract consider them DEAD to you. You wint ever even be able to contact any landlord so dont expect any help.YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Al Hamra Real Estate development office provides Sales and Service for new prospect clients and residents. We generally go to this place for settlement of our utility bills. The service is quick and faster. Theres no crowd usually and we finish our work within five minutes or 10.

Good to be their, it seems more then a government office rather then real estate developer office. Meeting with higher .management its like impossible . Thats not at all tradition in any offices of Ras al khaima I only found out only in this Office. Property is selling because of wonderful locality, fantastic design, durability and quality less contribution of staff.

I was really disappointed speaking with the receptionist. I can not remember his name but he was not professional at all. During my conversation with him he was speaking to people around, which was not work related since he was laughing and kept me on hold for about 10 minutes. The company might be a known firm but the reception surely needs to more training, also adding i was told i will get a call back in 10 Minutes and i did not receive any call till now. i would not have given a star but i can not comment is i do not give at least 1 star.

I am asking them very simple question by the phone and I am almost become cancer. Receptionist lady is very rude and shut phone on my face. They contentiously direct me wrong person. Wrong person didnt pick up her phone all day. Only thing they can do is directing each other for very simple question. Terrible and lazy staff. I couldnt get answer till the morning. They are very rude and lazy. I want to inform management and complain. They are not sharing their contacts.

Disgusting customer service, it seems that they dont work at all, dont answer for a long time, send to SPAM the mail addresses just not to answer.

Fraudulent company. Do not buy any apartments they are managing or selling as they have a lot of LAW Cases pending against them e.g google Al Hamra development legal case. Owners being asked by this lot to give extra AED 110,000 each! RUN FOR YOUR LIVES

Al Hamra Village is a great and vibrant community and the only reason for not giving 5 stars is that their is no policy against the ever barking dogs. Its a shame, really.

Poor service on the phone as the lady just gave me an email address for my issues. No window cleaning service is provided for years if you are residing in apartments.

Al hamra village it self is a wonderfull place , unfortunately cooling charges are extremely expensive and reaching 4000 AED monthly just for running you home Air condioning half day per month!!!!!

They are massive in real estate. Majority of residential buildings and including Al Hamra Mall belongs to them.
