Doctors are not very good, waiting is unbelievable! We had a first appointment of the day booked and we had to wait 30 min for the doctor! Absolutely no respect for the patients.

As per other comments, they’re very disorganised with Covid tests. I went there with my 7-month old baby today and was told the wait was “30 minutes to an hour” but the whole thing ended up taking 2 hours as they only had one lady taking the swabs for over 40 people in the queue. Safe distancing measures not being followed as place is overcrowded. I was alone with my child and clearly struggling, so they said they were going to call me in quickly but despite me complaining with them twice that didn’t happen. A couple that arrived after me was called in before me and I was told it’s because they’re “tourists”?! 150AED is way too much for such a service. Worst experience I’ve had so far in a RAK medical facility.

They are so unorganized. The lady at the center did not inform us that we need a voucher from our hotel and she made us go back and get one. Their own employee doesn’t know the rules. Very rude receptionist too.

This clinic seems to be struggling with the basic procedures of running Covid tests. They managed to lose the bar code for my wifes sample before they even collected the sample. The next day (when we were due to drive home to Abu Dhabi, hence needing the test result) they admitted theyd lost track of the sample and couldnt provide a test result. Had to redo the test and pay for another night at a hotel in RAK. This is not simply an inconvenience, its a potential public health risk. Suppose my wife had tested positive, that would mean another 24 hours of possibly spreading infection before it was detected. Dangerously incompetent.

This place is the worst experience Ive had of a medical clinic in the UAE. In fact, Im struggling to think of a more disorganised place. The person seeming to be running the front desk actually takes pride in insulting customers when they press him to take responsibility for the shambles (I hesitate to call him manager as he definitely isnt managing anything). I wish Id read reviews before going there for a covid test - I sometimes wonder how bad can it really be? when someone writes a bad review. If you take your worst impression of bad service, misinformation, ineptitude and mix it with a manager who is totally out of his depth you will get an awful result.Appointments for normal medical services are fine - but trust me, go somewhere else for a Covid test - even if you have to drive for an hour. Youll be way better off.

Simply pathetic service.. They are clearly not prepared to make covid tests. 1 person is being tested each 40 mins.. And the waiting time is massive.. Probably the worst testing center..

The worst service ever, rude staff, disorganised, no safety measures(they are still using hard copy tags) no respect of the queue, letting people waiting over 30 to 40 minutes, and the waiting is painful on their wood chairs…don’t go and chose another destination as you will pay the same amount anywhere and the result will be delivered at the same time !!!

They really need to improve their service. Very limited services and then poor system costs you time and money. You may get stuck for an hour for as small a thing as collecting your lab report.

Dr.NISSREN ABD EL WAHA was very helpful and pleasant. Her diagnosis and aid lead me towards proper treatment.

Visited the doc after a fever I had had subsided somewhat but still had a few symptoms and had taken the day off. Not a friendly experience. Made to feel as if I was lying or being dishonest Why are you here? I dont see anything wrong with you.Why didnt you come when your fever was bad IF you had one? Obviously the doc has had to deal with people needing sick notes and it has clouded her judgement on how to talk to new patients. In future, dont interrogate someone whos taken the time to visit you and is paying.

Cant believe a medical center does not have a GP AVAILABLE! It is important to have doctors on hand for emergencies. This is ridiculous.

I am pleased with the services of RAK medical center. It is very covenient when you live in Al Hamra village. GP doctor Krstina Romanova is very knowledgable and professional.

You have to control your prices. Consultation of dentist 200 AED (even if i know my problem still have to pay it), average price to fix one teeth from 1000!!! Feels like you are placing diamonds in the teeth!! I understand that maybe you have professional doctors but the prices are disrespectful.

This clinic is a convenient location if you are in need to see a doctor nearby Al Hamra Village; however, after my first visit today, I would not recommend it to friends or family. I was disappointed to find the care and treatment of the doctor I visited unprofessional and unfriendly.
