I was there yesterday April 8,2021 for my pregnancy check up. I went there for my ultrasound to know the gender of my baby. After the ultrasound i’m expecting the print out of my check up report and ultrasound, but this staff specially the Filipina lady saying that i suppose to request before the ultrasound procedure.How am i to know that thing? This staff should inform me beforehand because i don’t know there procedure is. I paid 400/- coz i don’t have my insurance. This is expensive compare to other clinic which i’ve been where staff are accommodating, it’s just that the OB Gyne that time is on leave that’s why i force to go to Khozam Medical for the ultrasound. They don’t have choice but to do again the ultrasound just to have the printout that i requested. I’m just disappointed on my first visit to them👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
