I walked in full worry and anxiety. The team, starting from the reception took very good care of me. Everything was clearly explained and only the necessary tests were done I was informed at each step, too. The test results came through within an hour and I was informed.

My first time here and yet im surprised because of the services and facility! Im in so much pain when i went there and its a good experience and better than thumbay in terms of facility and fast phasing medical lab results! Which is so convenient and everything’s ready in 20 mins. Great job

Had to visit the hospital on emergency while I was there in RAK for a meeting and I would like to mention here that I got the perfect attention with ease all with the help of a young sweet lady named Aishwarya. Definitely going to recommend this place to all.

I received very good service, especially from orthopedic, X-ray and physiotherapy departments.

I went today in NMC All the Nurses and Doctors really approachable they very polite very caring I salute them really appreciate them even you are really sick once you see environment and those all people you will feel better without medicine 😊🙂

Good doctors, good staff and facilities but somehow the paper works and the slow system reminds me of old government hospitals. They need to work on it. For a small fever you may need to spend the whole day.

Nmc insurance department has great service. The staff is just amazing. I and my husband’s experience extremely comfortable, they are all friendly, helpful, and very good at their jobs. We’ve unfortunately had a lot of time and money saved.

I had gone there today all the way from sharjah and was happy with the service as well as with the doctor, but kindly do look into the waiting time of patients as I sat for more than an hour to meet the doctor.i think the number of doctors available was less on a Saturday has I felt the clinic was full !!

Really i had very good experience many time with Dr Simi in nmc rak she is very well experienced and try to understand deeper the patients and get Revcovers soon, so throught to have a review bout her which would help the others...

Visited the General surgeon Dr.Azzan for a procedure. His area had a seperate reception so I didnt have to wait in a long queue. From registration to my turn was a quick process, staff was very welcoming and the doctor is absolutely amazing. He paid so much attention to everything I said and explained the whole problem and treatment to me. He even taught me how to do the dressing at home if i wish to do it myself.

Dr. Chacko from internal medicine is effiecent in patient management and treatment.Grivences are handled well by team which In fact results in service recovery

I honestly had the worst experience with the dermatologist there. This fellow was extremely rude, apparently did not have the time to take my proper history but had the time to waste on irrelevant questions about my life and what Im doing in RAK. Sorry to say this but he was unprofessional, rude, snapped at the nurse in front of me and also spoke to me in a very condescending way. No doctor should ever speak to their patient or treat their patient the way in which he did to me.

I was having persistent ACNE issues from 10 - 15 years and now my skin is free from ACNE for more than a month, which really made me happy :) :) . I would recommend anyone who has skin related issues to check with Dr. Shinod Varghese (Dermatologist), who helped me with this.

Highly recommended.. Ms. Naina helped me a lot for getting my test result promptly.I wish nmc would provide the excellency in medical care to all the Emirates

This hospital is very bad, worst service I faced ever, after waiting for 2 hours with sever fever, the receptinist and nurse says we called you but you were not there, while I was sitting right in front of reception. Doctor is very rude and does not care.

They gave me appointments for ultrasound at 9 and i came on time but still itvwas not done till 10... And the worst part that the ultrasound doctor is male... They dont have female... And no one informed me about that... I

When you visit them like any private medical Establishment at the reception you are asked if you have a medical insurance or not! And hence starts the fee structure which is very exaggerated in both cases, tests referred by the doctor are mostly unwarranted and without any consideration to the financial condition of the patient

I had to take my Dad(Mathews)to 3 other doctors before coming to NMC Hospital and there after meeting Dr. Joseph Lukose regarding Sugar and Pressure, he had diagnosed my Dads condition and gave him the correct medication, My Dad has never been in so much relief and has a peace of mind now ! THANKYOU so much Doctor and NMC for Placing the Best Doctors in town!!!
