Aiswarya at the reception was very friendly and courteous. Did Covid test from Aster RAK.. the front desk team was professional and gave proper guidance. Report was generated next day itself and intimated through watsapp.

This is most reliable hospital clinic in Ras Al Khaimah they really take care of patients with at most care and concern, Doctor Santy Antony is a superior doctor in diagnosing patient condition with accurate treatment but not like other hospitals commercial way of approach. Went to Aster Rak for treatment of my wife.Reception team Ms. Aiswarya took pre appointment and hence it was helpful reducing waiting time .They have Good staffs and provide good service.

Due to this corona pandemic more people became health conscious. For maintaining a healthy body regular checkups and scanning is much needed. I have been visiting aster clinic since this pandemic began. Ms.Aiswarya, one among the receptionist is well enough and capable to handle the customers. Glad to find them , accessible prices , the counter staff is very polite and helpful and professional dr.For the last two days we were trying to see a dr in government hospitals and all of them didn’t accept the patient because was a tourist on tourist visa . If I could give 10 stars, I would!! It was a great experience I had in Aster Ras al khaimah. I visited there a few days back with fever and body pain, i was scared because im living with my family and I was so confused and frustrated because of this current pandemic issue that we are facing. But when I visited Aster clinic and consulted Dr Sandy, she was so friendly and helpful.and i really appreciate the timely help of the receptionist Mr Noufal he was too friendly and caring, by my health condition he gave me priority and spoke to the Doctor about my health, i really appreciate that. when i came out from the hospital my mind was free. After 3 days of medication I was cured.Thank you....

I WAS SUFFERING WITH SOME STOMACH INFECTION VISITED ONE OF THE WELL KNOWN HOSPITAL BUT THAT DOCTOR MADE ME MORE PANIC OF MY CONDITION, TOO MANY INVESTIGATIONS DONE AFTER ONE WEEK TREATMENT I WAS MORE SICK THE MEDICATION WAS NOT REALLY EFFECTIVE. BUT WHEN I MET WITH MS.ANJU ROSE THOMAS I CAN SEE THE DIFFERENCE IN MY HEALTH GETTING RECOVERED FROM DAY ONE. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND ALL THAT IF ANY HEALTH PROBLEM PLEASE VISIT ASTER RAK ONLY.

Good doctors and nurses but the front staff is inefficient.No one picks up the phone even when they have no patients, they don’t improve or care even after many complaints. I have seen that any organization without a proper reception doesn’t go that far.

On 10th Feb, we had done pcr covid test for our family from here. On receiving the test results the next day, for one report, the gender details was entered incorrect & the result neither came as Negative Or positive. On further enquiry, no one had any clarity on the mistake done & instead asked us to do another test after 72hrs.Due to this incorrect report given by the team in Aster clinic, costed us in changing out on our international travels & we had to incur losses on rebooking & also had to again doing pcr tests all over again.We had to again do our Covid pcr test from another certified hospital/clinic & the results there came NEGATIVE.Would suggest to take this feedback so you dont cause such inconveniences to any other customers in future.

Its ok. Friendly staff and clean areas... Not every service available like in dubai but at least they help you where to find the necessary doctors.Not too much waiting but Problem is that they dont have too much seating area either.Doctors are average dont expect too much.

Except for the reception the doctors are good. They dont pick up the phone and if they pick up they are rude. Twice they made me sit deliberately and they allowed others behind me to visit the doctor. The first impression is the reception and they should employ professional people .
