This is a restaurant specialized in the Japanese taste food, they have wide variety of choices, including suchi.The staff are nice and helpful.The price are somehow high. The portion size is good and the taste is delicious.The menu is electronic ( iPad), there is an external terase suitable during winter season.It is recommended if you want to try a Japanese restaurant in RAK.

One of the best Japanese restaurants

Went there yesterday.. food was super delicious we ordered lobster roll, crab salad, steak slider. Lobster roll was the best a bit crunchy.. sliders were very tasty.. crab stick salad can be improved.. staff are very friendly and the ambiance is good.. prices are a bot higher that expected.. order did not take long to arrive... For the drinks we had raspberry cocktail was great , and Hanzo mojito was very light taste... overall the place is Very Recommended !!

Food is good the service should be better

Very overpriced, especially for the poor quality. I ordered the two bestsellers, they tasted EXACTLY the same - very mediocre. No ginger and wasabi, too much rice, too much sauce yet absolutely no flavour. The only reason we finished the food was because they were 65 Dhs per roll!! Never again, theres much better sushi places in town.

The service was terrible - probably worst that I experienced in Ras al Khaimah. We ordered three main courses (for three people) and an appetizer. We specifically asked to bring the appetizer first (thats why its a called appetizer) - the server promised. Well - two main course first and appetizer came 10 minutes later. OK, well that happens some time. But asked for the third main course. Did not come for other 10 minutes. We called a woman who looked like a manager but did not act like one. She argued that it was our fault that we did not ask for all three main courses to arrive together (which we did). Food was not anything special either. Will not go there again and will not recommend anyone.

A really bad customer service. The restaurant had only 4 tables to serve. We were the 5th.1. None have escorted to the seat, they have just pointed.2. There was no menu. No barcode served.3. Waited for more than 10 mins for a staff to ask what we would like to have, but no “they were too busy with 3 tables joined together” making the amount of customers on 1 table more than 10. FYI corona regulation and precautions ask for not more than 4 people sharing one table. But joining 3 tables? Wow what would NCEMA do about that?4. Left the restaurant with the person responsible apologizing about the amount of people they’re serving (more than half of the restaurant was empty.Aside from corona. If the restaurant can not handle the capacity of people they shouldn’t let people in, seat them, and not serve.Regardless of the great food, never entering that restaurant with same management ahead.

The food was delicious, the service was fast, and the staff understood the menu and appreciated their advice if you knew what to choose.We tried 4 dishes:Fuji FriesVolcano MakiYakisoba NoodlesFried Rice with chikenI liked the Fried Rice and Fuji Fries, they were delicious, and those who like the taste of sweet, I advise them to try it, and the maki was delicious after those who tried Volcano in other places because the taste is similar to the rest of the sushi restaurants that offer the same dish
