We liked it a lot although have not too much comparison. We bought fresh fruits, Young coconut, soft drinks, nice shoes, swim glasses and a ac adopter. So more or less everything for the day to day purchase!

Had a very bad experience with them yesterday, delivered us like after 4 hours since order was placed, then we found out chicken was expiring the same day, complained to them. The guy said we are sorry but that has happened coz of too much rush, what kind of excuse is that????does this mean we have to eat expired meat? Then sent someone to replace after again 1 hour which was of no use as we had to consume itAfter the management intervention thankfully there has been remarkable improvement in order delivery , quality of service & food items. What a drag.. your staffs in gulf hype near nesto nakheel rak does not have any customer service.. even the manager on that branch tried to cover him up.. i only asked the butcher of chicken how much is the price of the chicken breast.. and he started shouting at me.. the manager of that branch didnt even do anything.. he just followed his subordinate.. as if he is not the manager.. what a waste.. pity.. real pity.. how can a customer be treated by that kind of rudeness.. no wonder they are loosing customers.. i wish to have your hrs number..

Love this place at weekends and national days. There are alot of promotions at food items. The vegetables place where half of the visitors go is a little congested and needs to be modified.

Pathetic and really poorly managed. As of 20th Jan,21 ,Vegetable mostly are turning to heap of trash with no replacement, no one is checking for many months to add fresh. Onion, tomatoes etc. Additonally, carts are broken and the store is in really poor state with no proper management and cleaning. I was thinking to report to Municipality.
