Satisfied. Everything you need is in place, starting from outside they have a well coordinated parking area, waste area will waste segregation labels in place. This is very commendable as they are environmental conscious. The inside is calm and cool place for shopping. Items are well arranged with price tag on them.

Although the layout is a little unusual, you can get a lot of products here that other shops do not carry. They have a nice selection of imported goods too!

Well you all know lulu.. best one in rak. The only thing i hate here is their food. I got stomach ache 3 times. I believe its because of the old food oil they you.. i dont know the exact reason but i would suggest not to buy cooked food items from here. Rest is great

More affordable price. Biggest hypermarket in rak along with carefore. Compared to carefore, the prices are cheaper in lulu. Cant get better than this with all items.

Lulu hypermarkets used to provide good customer service.A few days ago I bought a sennheiser headphone, on the box itself its mentioned 2 year warranty.When I asked for the warranty invoice at the customer service they said they provide only 2 months warranty for accessories.I dont understand why do they sell such good brands if they cant provide its service.

People are very helpful also the surrounding are clean.

Best hypermarket in Ras Al Khaimah. Everything under one roof. Cant say same about the prices but they are competitive. Much better that other hypermarkets who do not have similar range of goods under one roof and rarely you will see you favourite item out of stock. So there is good continuity of brands so you dont have to scramble for an alternative every now and then. Well spaced out sections also add to shopping experience especially in todays COVID times.

Its a good place to check on for your needs. Lulu hypermarket is in 2 floors in RAK Mall, on the ground floor you have groceries, luggage bags, stationary, meat section, fruits and vegetables. In the first floor you have electronics, home appliances, electronics, clothing, shoes and accessories.

I purchased onion vada,I ask the sales lady to make hot, but she told me lie, already hot, and the quality is very bad.

One stop shop for groceries, electronics, apparels and homedecor. Priced reasonably with periodic offers on items. The hyper market is well organized and clean. Live food 🥘 counter and bakery 🥯 is below average but the chaat items and fresh baked pizza 🍕 are great.

Large typical LuLu Hypermarket. I think the largest hypermarket in RAK. Has a lot of Indian (Especially South Indian) grocery products.But its time for renovation of Hypermarket. Atleast make the lighting better. At current its very gloomy interior which isnt great for their business

Good price and store

We got a small but big ride-able electric car for my 1 year old daughter from here. She is still too young to use the steering but the car comes with a remote that we use to take my dear daughter around our home in her electric car. Thank you Lulu!

Double flours store containing everything. Different prices which are good in general but higher than many others,I loved. Free big parking area. Very cold mall, affordable for spending family evening walk time

Will only use when in dire straits. Poor service poorly trained staff, the worst service in take out / Deli area. Staff are most unhelpful the only words they know is HUUUUUUUU. The service and quality has gone down hill in the past 2 years to where it is today non existent

Worst experience, worst phone customer support. Very simple problem they cant even solve. We bought a terim washing machine in RAK MALL LULU. They told us that we need to call them for the installation, then for how many times they told us that they will come and install it. We are expecting always to the said date. The item was bought a month ago already. 3 times they told us to come but they didnt come to our house to fix this washing machine. They have this guy his name is Laison which they listed at the receipt of the item which they tell us to call. We called him many times, he just keep telling us that he is doing follow up on it even in customer service they keep passing the call. If all the items/parts is there in the washing machine, i wouldnt bother anymore and Ill pay other technician to fix it. This is a very bad experience for me It is cheaper in lulu but headache bad service, this will be the last time i buy a home appliance to lulu.

Great cost conscience alternative to other super markets. Ready made meals that are yummy, nice fresh baked foods, fresh fruit and veggies, big selection of international foods at good prices.

Daily offers , ready made food and low prices compare to Carrefour and other supermarkets. Almost everything is here except for some European brands .The vegetables are fresh but the fruits aren’t that tasty and mostly kharban...

According to me Lulu is the best shopping mall then other mall staff is too good hospitality as well each and every thing we can get in Lulu for me Lulu is best .

We especially visited the garments section. They have a good collection of brands. Came out spending a handsome amount. The half-pay-back offer brought some smile back at the end. :)
