A nice place. I didn’t even have to speak to the FEWA representatives. The security-man answered all of my questions and I was on my way out within minutes.

Very poor customer service. Very crowded. Long waiting hours. Very bad system. No co-operation between the departments. Very disappointing.
Turned off my lights two hours after requesting move out letter and I still dont have it and sitting in the dark. And its the weekend, they are closed.

They withdrew an amount from me for an electricity bill twice. I submitted a request for a refund from 11/2/2. The amount was back in my account and no one answered the calls from the service employees.
It has been changed to Al Etihad Electricity and Water now
