A nice place. I didn’t even have to speak to the FEWA representatives. The security-man answered all of my questions and I was on my way out within minutes.

Very poor customer service. Very crowded. Long waiting hours. Very bad system. No co-operation between the departments. Very disappointing.

Turned off my lights two hours after requesting move out letter and I still dont have it and sitting in the dark. And its the weekend, they are closed.

قدمت لاشتراك جديد منذ 11 يوم ولم تصل الماء لليوم وكل يوم اتصل واسال عن رقم الشكوى 77187 دون اي نتيجة . لا يوجد متابعة ولم يتصل بي احد . تصور ان تسكن شقة بلا ماء لاكثر من عشر ايام ...

They withdrew an amount from me for an electricity bill twice. I submitted a request for a refund from 11/2/2. The amount was back in my account and no one answered the calls from the service employees.

It has been changed to Al Etihad Electricity and Water now
