They are not responding on urgent situation. Whats the sense that they are 24/7 when theres no technician. Very disappointing

Some times long que at reception to take token ticket. Reception area should be more organized and managed. Rest is quick and nice customer service.
Overall experience could improve as some of works could have been done in one trip but had to visit 3 times. Though they were kind, I felt staffs were passing on the case to each other. However, Mr. Mohammed Tahir from accounting department was extremely helpful and efficient, saved my day. Cant thank enough.

Just come early and definitely you will finishOld Review # ⭐️⭐️There is not doubt about that FEWA HQ office is one of my worst destinations. I tried my best to give it 2 stars “remembering the good thing” which was a bit difficult . Starting from the moment you enter the building you are lost, late and un-finished. Every single person have to go thru one front desk where they will check your paper. No numbering no system , just stand there wait with every one which could take up to one hours during rush/peak hours. All doors are locked by security =(This branch used to be one of the best, don’t know what happened =(Good luck to all FEWA staff, I really hope things will get better =)

Disappointed with FEWA....service is not good...I had complained about my bill...but no actions were taken...nobody knows english ....only Arabic...how to communicate with them at least they should know english

بصراحة من افشل وافشل الدوائر الحكومية اهمال جدا تم القطع الكهرباء في بيتي بعز الظهر وهذا غلطه مني واعترف فيها لي تأجيلي بسداد الفاتورة لكن اتصل فيهم مثل ما تشوفو ولا احد يرد ويقدر الظروف وخاصة نحن حاليا ملتزمين في كثير اشياء مثل الدراسه عن بعد وغيرها ونحن بعز الصيف

It takes a very long time to solve the problem and it requires attendance many times and the passage of a large number of employees as there is no link or system between the different departments. Bad experience that does not match the level of interests and institutions in the United Arab Emirates.
The worst authority in the Emirates in terms of emergency, they do not have anyone who answers the calls permanently and I hope they are held accountable
