Popular open coffee shop in the mall suitable for a quiet cuppa or catch up with friends.The coffee is ok - pretty normal by Nero standards. Food, cakes and snacks are of the typical variety but Im not sure about quality control as the carrot cake we had was dry and crumbly - definitely past its ideal selling date.The service from the male barista was also a bit unfriendly and abrupt, rounding out a very average experience from this usually good coffee chain.

That’s a shot to give if you are coffee lover and made for shakes , they have special cakes most delicious is toffee apple ….. just yummmmm .

Good New Breakfast options! they didnt recommend it though..., comfortable snug seating & plug points for your laptop charging..plus WiFi .Friendly only to regulars..ordered coffee but didnt get sugar as asked...new cake is too sweet and not a hit!

Their coffee & ambience both are good. This morning though, they put me off with their service !!For 3 items ordered, neither did they put all of them on a tray, nor did they offer to bring it to the table.With personal belongings in my hand, am up and down from the counter to the table 3 times. Not a great experience.

Rudest staff with 0 costumers service my first time to this branch Wednesday Aug 7- 9 pm and will be my last!! Shameful it was my favorite cafe in Dubai. Zero manners had the worst experience!!

A distinctive coffee in Al Hamra Mall. The internal sessions are good and the outside is good. Outside, they are allowed to smoke. They have hot and cold drinks and some baked goods and cakes. The staff are treated distinctive and fast. The food is good and tastes good. Prices are acceptable.
