Beautifully designed place, the ambience deserves five stars. The only reason for rating this with 4 stars is the behavior of some staff.We ordered an Acai bowl it was really good.We also ordered the shakshouka and the eggs benedict. Whilst the presentation was nice, we were expecting the eggs in the eggs benedict to be runny. Unfortunately the eggs were overcooked and when we told this to one of the waitresses there, another waitress came to the table with a rude what do you want question. She made it worse when she told us that thats the way they serve the eggs in M14 Cafe and we should have told them we wanted it runny. If they do it differently then I would have expected them to inform us and ask us how we would like the eggs to be prepared.The same issue with the shakshouka- overcooked eggs.Their French toast was excellent and very good quality of coffee in the espresso and capuchino.I hope they will address these minor issues as the place is delightfully cosy and comfy, a tastefully designed work of art.

I have to give two thumbs up for pistachios milk cake. Is my 2nd time trying. So far quality is consistent. I know why others can’t compete with this. Try, you will know why! Also, California sushi roll taste good. Fresh ! (I’m too hungry, I didn’t took while in the good presentation) 😀

Visited this restaurant with a friend of mine. I was astonished at the decor, if you are cluster phobic this is not the place for you. Too much going on in every corner a different decor. Then when it came to the food everything we ordered was below average from the sushi, to the fries, chicken shawarma rice and even the drinks. Even though we were hungry it wasnt pleasant at all, was shocked at how crowded it was!

It was one of my favourite places to go to! But I think they have a policy of not allowing customers to stay for more than 2 hours. I was kicked out of the shop because I was there for too long according to the manager! I did order more than once while I was there!! And was about to order more when the manger gave me a 10 minutes time limit to leave...Never going there ever again!!!

Ordered online via talabat and the delivery was quick and efficient. The acai i ordered was prepared fresh. They took into consideration of the special request i made during placing of order. Served fresh fruits and it was very clean

The place had a nice ambience. The food was really good. Loved the sliders and passion fruit mojito. The pasta was average though. But overall a great experience. Would recommend dining in.

Not bad.. I ordered hot mocha but it was full of suger.. Over sweet i couldnt drink it..The car service was very good and the orders come quickly..The cafe in wedding hall, we came before when there were wedding going on and we couldnt find parking..Morning time is so quiet and relax..

It was a nice atmosphere, however what ever we ordered wasnt available we were a little disappointed. The service was great and the lady that served us was truly apologetic and helpful. I guess tried once but wont be rushing back to soon

We ordered our lava cake then more than 15 minutes later the waiter came and told us sorry they didn’t hear the bell and we had to wait more than 15 minutes again ! Plus the prices are too high for the quantity

Not professional in taking order. I ordered one strawberry cheesecake and one milk cake pistachio. After waiting for 30 mins they send to me california roll !!!!???The strawberry cheesecake was not fresh

Me and my friends visit RAK and we ended up in this M14 Coffee shop. The staff there were very friendly and welcoming. We wanna thank you to Nouri Nari ( the philipino lady )( I do apologise I dont remember exactly the name )She was very nice with us and allowed us to play music. Such a nice team is in M14. ❤💋

No competitive prices... Even latte is the same price as Starbucks, but you get the small cup size, Starbucks charges you the same but they give you the medium size. Its not worth the small cookie they give.

I went to the new branch of the restaurant on Sheikh Muhammad Bin Salem Street in Ras Al Khaimah, the food is normal, there is nothing special, and the prices are good. The place does not feel like you are inside a restaurant because of the large number of decorations that cover everything, especially trees and artificial roses, there is no ventilation for the place and the tables and chairs are not comfortable

Liked the location as we arrived at it within 8 minutes of our descent from Jebel Jais. I didnt get in but I asked for the car. Parking is available and the staff are friendly and frequently check customers. Liked, the staff member explained to us on request about dishes and drinks and suggested alternatives. The appearance of the place is pleasant from the outside and we note the cleanliness of the place. We did not get any kind of discounts but they offered us a newly added kind of sweets. They promised to offer a discount to customers after completing a year of the opening of the cafe. Next time we will reserve a table and try more dishes.
