I bought a new car from these people. When it was delivered, they had installed some cheap non factory front parking sensors, which dont even work. No one asked my permission. Now they refuse to remove and repair the damage caused. The salesman who authorisedbit just laughs when I go in to complain. They dont care a thing once they have the sale. The car is good but the sale service is disgraceful. Ill never buy a vehicle from them ever again

Habtoor Service Center in RAK needs to be honest if they are selling a service (extended warranty). They should explain that not all parts of the car will be covered with the warranty. Like most people you would expect the engine to be covered, however they said that this is not covered because of the reason the engine is not working. This I found quite baffling especially when I asked other service centres if they would cover this and they all said yes. The funny thing is that it only got serviced 2000km ago too!!!!When I asked how much it would cost, they quoted me a ridiculous amount just to open the engine, not even fix it.Be aware of the minor details in the contract, because when they say dont worry, everything is covered except the wear and tear items they are not actually telling you the truth.I would advise all customers to be aware and cautious when dealing with them.P.S only gave 1 star because there was no option to give no stars!!!

Dealt with Neil at service centre and he was really great. Very professional and informative, work completed on the car was very up to standard, will be paying them a visit again when I need to. On a side note prices are high but that is what you expect when you get your car serviced from an agency

Get your hours of business right. I drove all the way to this showroom from Sharjah only to find out it’s closed on Fridays. I already did your job and updated the hours of operation myself on google maps so YOU ARE WELCOME!

Habtoor Service Center in RAK needs to be upfront and honest with its customers! They always try to add more items to the service bill without clarifying with the customer and thats an underhanded way of dealing.After service our car was returned with an engine noise that did not exist earlier and Habtoor Service Center refused to take responsibility for it.I would advise all customers to be aware and cautious when dealing with them.

Mitsubishi agency and maintenance of spare parts are expensive compared to the prices of other auto parts. It is located in Ras Al Khaimah, the agency road on the Sharjah-Dubai road. There are parking and convenient handling, but as I have already mentioned, the prices for spare parts and periodic maintenance are expensive. They are committed to their appointments in maintenance. They follow up with customers well.

Disappointing visit ... I do not know how to have an agency that does not have the simplest tools such as a malfunction detection device and they asked me to go to Dubai ... the funny thing is that the Al Garhoud branch told me by phone that their device is also broken ....

They have respectable cars with a good reputation in their class..but not giving them the attention they deserve has made car companies less than them exceed them..is the default from the main parent company or from the local agent..in the end he needs to define its word and work to rise to its rightful position. .
