Not only are the staff not very friendly....I took my car in for a service only for them to tell me my battery needs replacing ( it was replaced a few months earlier by me). I told them to wait til the next service, they checked the battery after the next service and miraculously the battery that needed to be replaced was fine. My AC wasnt working, they said it was the compressor ( which is very expensive ). I took my car to another branch because I wasnt happy with their service.... turns out it was only a gas leak on one of the pipes and not the compressor. My AC is working beautifully thanks to the other branch. I wont be returning to this RAK Branch. 2 months in the start of this heat....me driving with no AC only to find out that it was an easy fix and not what they said .

Just imagine dropping my vehicle for simple repair, yet well over 48hrs, no one 📞 to intimate me what the problem is. This is disappointing really and all efforts to contact the so called Contact Centre has been fruitless because no one picked up the phone. Pathetic!
