Well, was quoted a price over the phone of between 725-750 which was bad enough, however when proceeded to pay, it was 925dh! I have short hair! The color put in looked somewhat lilac when it was just put on. After a few days, first time I washed it it’s basically silver, not what I wanted at all. I did not get one compliment from anyone when our and about; when normally people in the past have literally stopped me to tell me how awesome my hair color and cut were. I tried Toni and Guy after reading decent reviews. big mistake!

I FINALLY find a place where I get what I ask for. I was assessed by Lauren and she did a great job. Ill be back for sure

Had a pedicure and it felt like my feet were being butchered, my toes were in pain for the nextv2 days as the lady had cut to deep. My partner had her hair done a cut and colour and even that was messed up turned her from black hair to blond when she requested brown highlights. Lets put it this way we wont be going there any time soon

Cannot recommend highly enough. Book online or via telephone. Only two customers at a time. Superb stylist Olena, first hair cut since March, very short pixie, she did an excellent job. Other staff very friendly. Reasonable price, actually cheaper than London!Will be my go to hairdressers from now on.

I have blonde hair. So hard to find a good stylist.Lauren is the best!!! I am so happy with the results..definitely recommended!

Beautiful haircut, the stylist listened to what I wanted and then made some very good suggestions regarding length and line. She was very understanding and knowledgeable, and made sure the line was absolutely perfect, which I really appreciated! Also whatever product she used, it made my hair smell like frangipane for the whole day :) Highly recommended!I was the only client in, I was asked to wear a face mask well in advance and offered hand sanitiser upon arrival, and the stylist wore a face mask and a face shield the whole time, which made me feel safe despite the current covid-19 situation.

I was a regular at Toni and guy in India and decided to go here now that I am in RAK. The appointment booking was pleasant enough but the experience there is a different story. The hairdresser who did my root tint was so inconsiderate. I had booked an appointment for root tint and upon visit asked if she can also do a hair trim does she have time. She readily agreed. After application of colour she brought a super hot dryer for my hair. I told her this was very uncomfortable and I don’t want it but she turned a deaf year. After 15 minutes of discomfort I told her to switch it off as I was feeling dehydrated she gave me rude stare and did some show of reducing temperature. It was like a forced sauna that I didn’t want as I am heat sensitive due to my migraine. After my service on my way out I told her I was very disappointed with her service and she should listen to customers needs. She very rudely told she did it to save time. I asked her if she had no time how did she squeeze in my haircut and hair setting???? She had no answer. She didn’t even apologise. Terrible that too in Waldorf Astoria hotel!!!!! Never again

I can highly recommend this salon. It was the first time in 3.5 years being in the UAE that I received a haircut executed in perfection by highly trained personnel. The lady (Lauren) clearly had a lot of experience and is a trained hair dresser. Unlike most barbers in the UAE, she used scissors instead of the machine to cut the hair. The advice she gave about what to do with the hair was on spot and her technique was flawless and the result really made me happy. If you miss the quality of a haircut like it is done in the UK or Germany, go to this salon and ask for Lauren. Its worth every penny!

Unfortunately, unsuccessful visit to the salon Tony & Guy. The time was reserved for nail services. - The presence of lacquer colors is missing.- All devices lie in a single set, there is no equipment for sterilizing and disinfecting manicure devices. There are no disposable containers or slippers for a pedicure. The color after the procedure was cracked and erased after a couple of days. I do not recommend contacting this salon for professional services.

Had such a good experience at Toni & Guy, everybody was so professional and very experienced. Made me feel so welcome and felt amazing coming out! Deffinatley recommend !!!

We both had pedicures. Treatment was professional and very clean place. Prices were nice, nothing bad to say.

I have been to Toni&Guy salon in Ras Al Khaimah and I enjoyed my experience there and looking forward to my next appointment.

Was great to find Toni&Guy in RAK and the prices are reasonable for the area but you still get the highest quality (as you expect with the brand).
