Expensive for its services clean place and nice staff

Shocking service. Made an appointment and when arrived got told to wait 40 minutes. Asked the manager why I had not been called and told to come later if noone was available. She told me she had more important things to do and is not the receptionist. Will not be visiting again. I had to go elsewhere. Very disappointing service and no apology offered.
