Absolutely horrible company with zero customer service skills. They charge you the money but make you do all the running around yourself! They filled out my application form with their own version of what my name should be, NOT AS IT WAS IN MY PASSPORT, then they gave an address for a pick up by courier and gave me the documents only for me to find out that the address given was their office and not my residence! I would have happily changed the locations with the courier but was upset as I was going to be fined for changing the location for each of the 3 applications. Honestly, AVOID THIS COMPANY as it has NO CLUE WHAT IT IS DOING!!!
