The man mohamad hasan who works at the reception is in the right place and he has experience in solving strong problems and deserves to be promoted and thanks for giving me a beautiful and sophisticated character about excellent customer service and he deserves five stars. That is why I chose five stars for reception service.

Visited the Amer center for visa cancellation. I was promptly called to the counter and the service provided by the gentleman at the counter was appreciable.

Its empty when i reached but I had to wait for like 15mins i dont know why, there were no one other than me

The staff is really hardworking but only on thier mobile phone. Most of the staff is busy on calls while working.They have around 25 counters and sufficient staff but nobody like to work for customer. They entertain only typing center agentsa nd actual persons keep waiting for hours.I personally had to wait for 55 minutes to reach counter even though there were only 4 numbers ahead of me.And finally when i was at counter there was some iaaue with IT department and they had to send an email with the issue screenshot, so i was directed to different counter and to my luck I was assigned the agent who took 20 mins to type an email briefing the issue, as it was REALLY HARD FOR HIM TO ARGUE WITH HIS GIRLFRIEND/WIFE OVER CALL AND WORK AT SAME TIME.Felt like sitting in a government office back home.And the end they told me come after 48 hours n try.Hatss off to their dedication.

Too many counters and staff, However service level to be improved. Thanks to the manager who noticed us waiting more than 1 HR and his quick action much appreciated.

Extremely worse and bad experience. All the Counters are entertaining the outsiders typing agents without Token whereas the real/physical Customer are waiting for hours or even longer. POOR Performance

Just make sure you call before you go in the late hours. May stop taking Requests at 9pm even though the time is upto 10pm.

Personally I had a very good experience.. they staff was very kind and effecient.

My experience at this branch has been horrible. The staff was not able to submit the required documents needed for the services. They need some serious training! I had to call her twice or thrice a day and visit her everyday to request her to attach the different missing documents (which GDRFA informs me via sms each time).. She behaves as if she has done her work but doesn’t know why GDRFA is not approving!

Huge delay.. around 2 and half hours for visa renewal. I was having only one form. Initially they gave wrong coupon and spend around 30 minutes, finally a lady helped me to get this done. Thanks

Only 8 out of 26 desks open and a long waiting time. Used the Government website to check which documents I needed and found the list wasnt accurate, so after waiting around half an hour with a baby, had to leave without achieving anything. 4 stars because the staff were lovely and kept my baby happy while I complained to the manager and because my bad experience wasnt their fault

I would never recommend this place. I have had very bad experience here during both my visits. They do lot of mistakes while filling details and they dont like me pointing out their errors. But I dont want to be in trouble, coz of their inefficiency. And my friends shared that they had very bad experience with this branch. Staffs are not adequately trained or do not have enough knowledge. I wish they provide adequate training or employee only well trained staffs to avoid errors and save everyones time.

Beware of this branch. They might send you backto get digital copy of your photo because their photo scanner is not clear 😁

Came over to get the emirates Id typing done was amazed by the amount of counters 28 of them but no surprise as only 2 are only working and the rest of the stuff is happy on their mobiles chatting a way, this needs to change Dubai where are the supervisors, the only working person is the lady in the reception.
